The truck ran great. The cab was dirty on the inside and was not sanitized.
The lady at the s.voss location in houston was a BITCH.. I reserved a 10ft on the 19th..call me and tell me that truck isnt available only to wanna send me to the opposite side of town....yep dont think I'll he using you anymore ..
They were not open at the location during their posted hours then charged me for outside hours drop off and extra gas. Good thing that I called the main number when they weren't open and took a photo of the gas gauge & mileage.
This location has a no contact pick up, however I stood in the rain for 25 minutes while I waited for them to bring the truck around because there is no waiting area. They then did not have the correct equipment for me (one missing dolly). The contract the sent still had me listed as having the missing dolly and the woman over the phone made no effort to rectify my contract, give me an updated copy, or credit my account for the missing item. I was not credited until I turned the truck in.
I ordered a 20 foot truck and when it was pick up time, they did not have that size so we had to take. 15' and make two trips. A simple call would have solved that
The key return went flawlessly, once I realized that it wouldn't accept my phone number to log in, only my email.
Returning the truck on the weekend was a nightmare. The U-Haul website says the store front is open during specific weekend hours, but the location is never open on the weekends. The store has a sign that says to park the U-Haul truck on the street but there wasn't any parking for over an hour so we had to wait until cars moved. When we arrived there were already 5 U-Haul trucks in the street. We tried to call the provided number to get instructions about where to leave the truck and no one answered. The voicemail gave the same directions on the sign - leave the truck on the street and complete the return process on your phone. It was frustrating because we expected to return the truck while speaking to someone in person. If we had planned to do self-return it wouldn't have been as big of an issue. The parking is a serious issue and needs to be addressed.
Dropped truck at night. Weird location of parking on the street in residential area. Thank goodness streets weren't full and I could back a 26ft truck. Area needs more lighting at night. Besides that place seemed ok. Since at night facility was gated.

The check out process is too onerous especially when there was someone in the office who could have verified condition in less than half the time. Was told that if the Uhaul person checked me out, it would cost $20.

It was great to be able to drop the equipment off when the business was closed. Very friendly people.
They make it difficult to return the vehicle and they charged 170 miles as I only used 90 miles. I am still waiting for refund if the extra miles charged
All had to be done via app, no help from personnel.

The U-haul app for return does not recognize your location when at this U-haul location. I tried changing settings and still could not get it to work. I was able to drop the U-haul off and drop the keys in the box on the gate, The next morning I had a confirmation receipt by 8 am. Looks like the people power of U-haul is better than their technology. My U-haul was a champ! Thank U-haul for a great experience.
I was charged $20 for a drop off when I used the app to drop off it would not load so I called both the location and the UHaul number that I was emailed and I let them know and I was told that I have completed my check in correctly I'll call back later to ask about the $20 charge and was told I would get a call and that it would be removed but that has not happened yet

I called the location to see if they would take the truck and they charged me an after hour drop off fee? why not tell me and I could drop it of a day later. I got charged a cleaning fee because it was dirty when it picked it up from Taos, NM. Your Customer Service rep. got everything cleaned up.
I dropped the truck during working hours and was charged for after hours drop off. The guy was not informative and not helpful.
The operator lied on the gas level on the contract he wrote 1 thing and verbally said "so, the gas is here so return it with the same amount" only it was 1/4 of a tank incorrect; I guess this is just his little scam, smiling all the time.
I reserved a vehicle and got to the location and it wasn't there. I got sent to another location and it took the man forever to come open the door for me. Both men at each location were friendly, but my friends that were helping me move had to wait almost an hour after I asked them to be there to help because it took forever to just pick up the vehicle that I reserved.
We were billed for two days which is unacceptable we picked up at 1425 on 1/8/2020 and returned 1419 on 1/9/2020. That is less than 24 hours which equates to one day. Who do I go to , to straighten this out Contract number 20661365 I called Vicki and she gave me the one day term...good job
Staff at APM Electronics, know how to make you feel important & we got knowledge even thou they ere busy with there electronics business customers. They helped us with there caring attitude in regards to our needs as well. Great people & my location for U-haul needs. Highly Recommend this location.
Truck had debris that was cleaned out before I left, but that could have and should have been done when it was previously checked in. Transmission wasn't the smoothest and in some cases it seemed to strain a little, so I'm not sure if it had been checked or test driven from the previous rental, or exactly whose responsibility that would be. But all in all it got the job done for me. There's definitely a difference in dealing with a uhaul “dealer†and a uhaul “facility†though. I'd recommend this location mainly just for convenience.

I was charged for furniture pads and a furniture dolly of which I did not request. The furniture pads were in the van and I did not open them. There was no dolly. The attendant asked if I wanted them and I said no. But I was charged for them.

Fuel level was not full when I picked up the van. Also the original location my reservation was for had two vans during the entirety of my reservation.
I requested a U-haul truck plus two dolleys. My pick up location was changed the day prior to pick up, and when I got there I was told they didn't have any dolleys... I had to go to another location to get the dolleys, which was a hassle and out of my way. Next time, make sure you can fulfill the full order.
I was grossly overcharged and repeated attempts to contact the owner have resulted in nothing.

First of all, the AC is not working properly, and the suspension on this truck is completely gone, the tiniest road bump will make the whole truck jump around
I was overcharged by almost 300 dollars. It caused checks to bounce and now I have fees all due to their mistake.
Everything was great here, the owner was very informative, and there were no problems. Would definitely go there again!
My comment is about uhaul and not the location. Uhaul did not bother to check the times this location opens on Sunday and told me that I could pick-up at 9 am but they do not open until 10. This resulted in my moving help showing up before I could get there with the truck. I do not fault the pick-up location but uhaul transportation. This did result in me having to pay the movers extra.

Good people and professional. No improvement needed. Only needed in location is Pickup Trucks. Pickup Trucks needed in that location. Our move was on time thanks to APM Electronics that had it together on there process. Thanks!!!!!!!!
Awesome customer service. Quick to get you out with your truck. Great experience that I have ever had with U-haul. Will return to this location only for my moving needs.
Truck was a bit dirty
The attendant was nice. However, we weren't allowed to throw away our garbage because the owner “didn't allow itâ€. The inside of the location was a disaster.
The Service and Location were of the highest quality. No changes recommended.
