Remote pickup only! Worker on site sent me 5 miles away to Armory Shell u-haul, (same owner) and said we can't help you go back and call 800 number. After several transfers on the phone a worker had me set up in 2 minutes.

Took me 45 mins to access key in lock box. Called dealer 5 times over 2 days, no reply. Phone number on app different in message on phone. Did not get dolly. I was charged $12.00 for dolly. No person accessible.

When a customer reserves a truck or trailer you could have it available at the time and location that was previously agreed upon. Also checking in equipment in a reasonable timeframe, so as to not f-up future reservations that customer has made.
