Nothing... The person who check out the truck to me explained the process and it was exactly the way he explained it. no surprises after the truck was turned in. Honesty is the best business and I would recommend this place to anyone.

My reservation was at 9 am and I need to pick up the van at that time and even used online check in to expedite the process. The host site states they opened at 9 am. The worker showed up for work at 9:15 and I was not leaving the store with the van keys until 9:30-even tho I checked in online as well. Dissatisfied as time was very important this morning. Worker did not offer apology, discount or even acknowledge she was late opening the location.

I was forced by Your company to make TWO trips instead of the one way that I specified. Due to gross incompetence of your company, i refuse to ever do business with U-haul ever again. I was NOT given any of the items specified that was reserved in advance. I had to go to several locations, one for the truck and for the tow dolly which I did not get. All items were in different locations. When I make a reservation, and specify how I want it, I expect to get that service. Not being charged extra because you guys ain't got it together, and this forced me to make two trips. I could not acquire the two dolly from the other location, therefore had to make two trips. This caused me a severe amount of inconvenience, and now you have the nerve to charge me for it as well....I will NEVER EVER use your service again. And I will gladly tell everyone how crappy my U-haul experience has been.

The actual place where you pick up the UHaul is definitely not the cleanest; however, the young lady that works behind the counter is very pleasant. Also, the Uhaul that I rented yesterday was one of the newest, cleanest, and nicest ones I have ever used. It had a back-up camera in the rear view mirror, which was extremely convenient, and the ride was smooth. I always rent from here but I was very pleased with this particular rental. Thank you!

Make sure each vehicle has a fully, inspect the vehicle more frequently, because the brakes need to be replaced and the vehicle needs an alignment.

The associate helping me was able to answer all my questions. If they did not know they answer, they directed me to contact U-Haul's 1800 number to speak with customer service.

Picking the trailer up wasn't the hard part. Returning it was. There's only one way in with very limited room to manuver the trailer back in place even for ecperienced drivers.

There is nothing to improve I needed this uhaul on short notice and the service was very professional .

More Flexibility when it comes to customer service! Why?: I left the Truck with far more fuel ( 5/8 than the needed 1/2 fuel) and I was thinking because I have used 6.6 miles more than the planned 60 miles. that the local U-Haul shop or U-Haul Co. would be so flexible and made that even! But no U-Haul charged me the 6.6 miles more and took the more fuel as a present! Now the next customer can be charged if he/she does not bring the truck 5/8 fuel … Ruediger PS.: The shop employee was nice and I liked that the truck was really a 26' and ready to go.

The drive around to the back of the building was difficult since cars from Calz were in the way. Just a tricky location to get to during business hours I suppose.

Truck cab was filthy, spent over an hour of our time cleaning it so we could feel comfortable in the truck. Dog hair everywhere, windows were filthy. Not like you can refuse the truck because there isn’t another to be had. Long distance trucks should be equipped with cruise control, not enjoyable making a 15 hr drive without it.

Trailer was clean in the inside but very dirty on the outside. The lights were not road ready. The left front Marker light and the License Plate light were not working. If I used it at night it would fail inspection and I would have been ticketed.

Inside was pretty clean. Outside looked like person before me went through a bug invasion, their bodies were all over the windshield. I've used this location several times and have never been disappointed. Customer service is excellent.

When I arrived at this location. The business was open but the doors was locked. There was no one there to inform me where to drop off the equipment and I was unsure if I would get paperwork to show that I had dropped off the equipment.

Trucks parked behind shopping center. Dark and no lights when parking truck at night. Then you have to walk around unlit building to front of shopping center Area is in a higher crime rate. Paid for moving pads. Agent had no moving pads. Was not reimbursed

Customer service was poor. They didn’t come out to the truck to check it with us. The link for damages expired when we tried to post new pictures. The pictures posted were of the truck brand new. We kept the pictures we took because the truck hadn’t been cleaned inside or outside.
