Employees are rude and act like you are bothering them. They also had several employees working on my reservation which caused many problems with duplicate entries. They tried to put me in a truck with the check engine light on. They kept insisting that it was ok. Saying nothing is wrong with the truck. I had to refuse the truck before they put me in another. I pointed out large scratches on the side of the truck. They did not have an X on them. I wanted it documented they were there before I left. They told me it was ok. That they know about it. They did not want to document it. They put an X on them after I started taking pictures. The gas gauge and paperwork did not match. It was only 1/8 of a tank off but, with the tank size and @$4.20 a gallon it adds up. Since 2 people worked on my checkout also, it ended up charging twice. Now I have to wait for a refund. The whole feeling of the location was that something shady was going on. Watch yourself.

Improve U-Haul's customer service. We had an awful moving experience, and the only person who helped us during our moving day was someone affiliated with the Muffler and Brake business through which we picked up our truck and trailer. We tried calling the regional sales manager, but he never returned our calls. We called the provided customer service line and were condescended to by a representative for not knowing U-Haul trailer practices. If this is business as usual for U-Haul, what a joke.

You have fast pre check in, decided to try. When we got to the location we had to answer all the same questions that it looked like they typed in again. It did not seem any faster or easier than the previous times I have used uhaul in the past.

Last night, I was told to park the trailer in the spot it was at pick-up. The spot was occupied when I returned the trailer. I proceeded to park in an open space near one of the entrances/exits when Yahia Adnan came outside and yelled, “ You can’t park there! Park it in back!”. I explained I couldn’t safely maneuver my van to park the trailer there due to the number of trucks parked in the area; I’d be risking damage to my vehicle or U-Haul’s equipment. Yahia asked if I’d like him to park it. I proceeded to unhook the trailer in front of the office and he yelled, “You can’t leave it there!”. I said, “You said you’d park it.” He replied, “It’ll be an additional charge.” I replied, “No it won’t. I can’t safely park it without risking damage to it. I won’t be responsible for that.” Another male employee came outside and said, “Sorry. We’ll take care of it. There’s no additional charge. You’re good to go.”

i was not at all satisfied with the 5 miles per gallon from this powerless piece of crap. I think it used more horsepower forcing gas through the tailpipe than to the rear axle. you would have thought i was hauling 100 tons not just1

The gentlemen that helped me at this location were EXCELLENT! I had a mishap at another location and they went above and beyond to help me get the equipment I was promised at another location! When I made my reservation online I chose a different location, A-1 Motors, that would have been more convenient for me. My confirmation email specifically listed A-1 Motors as the pickup location. When I arrived A-1 was closed and I could not reach anyone by phone. I called U-Haul and they told me I have to pick up at the Vivian Road location. Extremely poor communication on U-Haul’s part. Other than that the staff were helpful and the truck was clean and worked fine.

I reserved a mobile Uhaul. I was supposed to be able to pull up and pick up my Uhaul. Instead when I get to the location the website tells me that I don't have the equipment reserved. I call Jeff and he says he's going to comp me for my rental whish had not happened. I had to wait in line and do my whole rental process over again. Then I had to argue with Sam because he wanted to tell me how many miles I was going. The parking lot was covered in ice... All the employees were late. I will not recommend Uhaul again and especially not the mobile reservation.

Everything went smoothly! I had reserved the truck I wanted online before I arrived. Then when I arrived I was able to be in and out in less than 10 minutes. I needed a little help with the pickup because I had never reserved online before, but that wasn't a problem. They helped me figure it out and got me on my way. But I returned the truck later that day oh, it was very simple and stress-free. Customer service was very friendly and very efficient.

After return of truck i was billed 3 times the amount i should have been. They stated i had for two days but i was a little late returning the first day which was ok'd by the store. I was overcharged mileage and charged a different amount for mileage than was quoted. A $19.99 truck charge was somehow changed to a $79.99 charge per day. I refuse to pay this and have taken it up with my bank after several attempts to discuss it with the store with no satisfaction. This really changes my opinion of uhaul to the point i will not use them again. The store acts like they just don't care.

Price quoted around 50 dollars online but paid almost 100 dollars at time of visit after showing up for the 19.99 truck trial plus 79 cents per mile advertisement. Drove less than 50 miles on it with my own gas but paid an absurdly higher price than expected for little in return.

Friendly business as far as my experience went. The associate at the counter is very nice and helpful. I was not happy with the App check in. I understand the need for security in the leading process. But wasn't expecting so many steps. And because I was 10-15 minutes late for scheduled pick up it would give me combination for key box. I finally called service number. Wasted nearly 50 minutes of time
