Got to the drop off location around 10:45 pm didn't see a sign where to drop off the trailer. I set the trailer beside another trailer that had been dropped off and got a call the next day from Marvin Hudson, one of the representative there and got told I parked the trailer in the wrong spot and that he was going to charge me $50.00 for that. I tried to explain to Marvin that I didn't see a sign that indicated were to park the trailer and we kept going back and forward. I ended up calling U-Haul and reported the incident since Marvin had indicated to me that he was also going to charge $50.00 to the other person that had parked the trailer beside mine. I can only imagine how many other customers has he charge $50.00 for the same incident, the actual location is actually and Ammo and Gun shop so not sure how many options you have to drop off equipment in front of an actual store.RICARDO B.

A guy named Bryan Bishup over sees the location from anouther location. He was horrible to the people working there. He sent ugly treats by text and phone call to me, my wife and my son. he alone is why no one in my family will ever consider UHAUL again.ROBERT S.

The woman at the store was amazing. I booked online and Uhaul screwed up my order. I ended up coming to this location as a last resort after an hour delay. Uhaul said they gave me a discount for the trouble. Once I got here, she advised they were charging me too much for the truck and redid everything so I saved $40. She was phenomenal!DANIELLE J.

I need to review the person sending emails to myself and my wife regarding our due date for turning the truck in. I received an email stating that we were being turned in as having stolen the truck if we did not return it by 4 pm. I heard my wife on the phone that morning calling to notify uhaul that we would need an extra day or two as our moving help was delayed. I was told by the renting location that extra days would be no problem and I would not need to notify anyone if we needed that but that there would be a charge to which I agreed. I requested that Anthony North (who was kind enough to go pick up the truck while we were packing) not be contacted with issues, he is our son and not on the contract, we made sure they had both my phone number and my wife's phone number as well as our credit card information. We were assured a notation would be made on our account and that he would not be called again; he did however get about 5 or 6 additional calls over the span of the rental. We opted to let them know of the delay anyway, they were pleasant and stated , "no problem". My wife asked if she needed to call the location where we rented the truck as well and she was told it was all taken care of so no other call was needed. There was no other contact from uhaul until this arrived on my phone. 'This is Brandon with U-Haul, we need to know about the U-Haul truck, it was due in at 9 am this morning and has not been returned, it must be be back on U-Haul property at 958 s. Ferdon Blvd no later than 4:00pm or further legal action to report it stolen will be taken". This text went to my son's phone number, and of course he was very distressed to think he would be involved in a stolen truck report. Brandon did not even bother to ask if we broke down, were in an accident, had an emergency of some sort, or even if we were on the way with the truck and tow dolly. My wife and I both received the text as well; I was on the way to return the tow dolly and my wife was at the new apartment when we received it. My wife called to find out why we were getting this horrible text from Brandon who is located in Pensacola (possibly Fort Walton Beach), even though we were not going to Pensacola and had not spoken with anyone at Uhaul in Crestview. The ANS tactical and surplus store did tell me that she tried to call us but we did not get a call until the call my wife actually answered from her. (a second attempt perhaps?). My wife reports to me that the person on the phone was awful to her and that she was told that he (Brandon) was getting off the phone to report the truck stolen right then; despite my wife telling him everything above. She was very direct with him and wanted to know why we were getting this nastygram, he hung up on her. She then had to speak with our son who was distressed and get him to calm down by telling him we would handle the situation. He wanted to know why he was still being contacted (Brandon called him too and was reported as having an attitude resulting in my son yelling at him); it was causing him a lot of stress at work. A moment later, while I was at the uhaul counter at 3:45 pm, turning the tow dolly in to the very pleasant people in crestivew at the ANS tactical and surplus store, I received a nasty call myself from Brandon who informed me that since I could not tell him the exact date the truck would be back it would be towed with our contents in it ( we were still not sure which day the moving help would arrive). Also, while I was at the counter I could hear that Brandon then called and yelled at the lady at the counter making her quite distressed. She told me that she was getting used to it (?!) When we then called the UHAUL number (GoUHaul) to complain about Brandon, the person answering informed us that we had made multiple changes to the reservation, (we had made two changes), and that basically it was our fault for making too many changes; is this the excuse for the rude text and the threat of reporting the truck as stolen? She also told us an area supervisor would call to speak with us; we have never heard from anyone. She also told us no notations had been made regarding my wife's call requesting an additional day or two, no notation about not contacting our son, and no notation about us speaking with the Crestview location; this cannot be true as we turned the tow dolly in there and received a receipt for it. Brandon has lost a customer for uhaul for life including family and friends.Anthony N.

The after hours turn was terrible , my phone camera battery ran out while I was taking all the required photos. I was not told to bring my phone with a full charge and a flashlight as the lighting was not very good. Selection was very limited, I wanted a 15 ft truck but only 20 was available.SAMUEL H.

Having more equipment would have been nice. I had to use one size smaller truck than I wanted. This doubled my trips. However, this is a minor issue since I may have picked a day everyone needed a truck. The staff was excellent.JAMES M.

Uhaul needs to fix their 24/7 pickup process it's horrible the app and website dont work. Your expected to do in person during buisness hours even though it says can do contact less pickup 24/7. I couldn't get my truck for a full hour after the time I had arranged for pickup yet my time wasnt changed nor was I compensated because of a Uhaul system issue. I had to wait for the pickup location to open for help because the 800 number refused to help and when I emailed no one respondedBARCLAY D.

I feel I was overcharged, The associate asked me how many miles I expected to be driving. I told her I was going to a location right down the street, picking something up and driving it to my house at the address on my drivers license. Which is exactly what happened. Because I underestimated the distance, she charged me more money.. She could have checked and calculated the distance rather than just adding on more cost by saying I drove farther than my estimated distance.DAWN F.

Very chaotic pick up process compared to my previous experiences with uhaul. A smartphone should not be required to pick up my rental. The truck was fine and the people at this location were fine but your system needs an overhaul.Mark B.

Everything. This was the worst experience with Uhaul ever. With us being an active Air Force family in the beginning of a long career we will need to be using uhaul a lot. But I will purposely find other options and pay more. I was treated like actual crap from 3 different CX agents. Being transferred around with no help and no one was talking to each other so I had to re-explain every time. Absolutely the worst experience ever. If a supervisor sees this I'd love to talk.Micah B.

ANS Tactical took care of me when UHaul redirected my truck pickup from another location. When I went to pick up the truck from the first location the truck was critically low on oil and I had to leave it there. VERY inconvenient! Delayed me almost 2 hours. ANS Tactical contacted me based on what they were seeing within the system that I was having issues. Great service.Tanya F.

Great customer service however the pickup truck I rented was dirty inside and out. There's evidence that a previous customer had a pet in the vehicle. If they charged someone a cleaning fee it hasn't been put to that use yet.PAUL G.
