Due to my original pick-up location, (The Mailing Spot, 19179 Blanco Rd Ste 105 San Antonio, TX 78258), being changed due to a UHAUL truck not available, I was required to drive to Spring Branch TX. My pick-up location drive went from 10 minutes to 35 minutes each way. The new location didn't have a utility dolly or the furniture blankets I requested on line and paid for. I was required to find another location on my own that required additional driving. It was an unpleasant day due to my tight schedule becoming impossible to navigate without being late.

Juanita ProffittThis was literally the worst experience I have ever had with U Haul. Not only did you guys change my reservation pickup over 35 miles away but because you did that the help that I hired had to leave 2 hours before I was done and I had to load a full truck by myself. You guys didn't even rent the equipment to me that I needed which was a utility Dolly and pads I had to hope and pray that glass pieces and everything else I had made it safe without proper protection. I had to physically carry a fridge washer and dryer heavy couches and plenty of other pieces because you guys told me last minute that you didn't have the equipment that I needed and rented. I have used u-haul for over 5 years and this experience was by far the worst that I have ever had in my life. I know that I am not a big name customer but I have a small business that I cherish and that I work my ass off for and you guys put my reputation at stake and I will never forget this experience.

GINA REUTERI was to turn in my truck by 6pm. when I got there at 530pm and place was closed. they charged me after wards, 20.00 for an after hours return. it's not my fault the place closes at 2pm. that wasn't right.

I received a text from corporate that truck was still out. I called Cassandra so she wouldn't get in trouble. The next day corporate sent me a text threatening legal action. I called and the first corporate guy hung up on me I called back and boss lady was very sparky. And the whole time the truck was turned in early.

Erik BroosLocation is convenient. Truck was not clean on the inside and windshield was extremely dirty. Inside cleanliness was not great either. Lock boxes are in poor condition. Parking area is tight, but okay. My contracted dolly and blankets were not in the truck at pickup and was impossible to get them on Sunday and make my time for meeting my movers. In all, not a great experience but the truck ran well and it got the job done.

Earl BohlenThe lock types hanging on the wall of the office should be taken down immediately. The lock DID NOT fit the latch holes on the 20 ft. truck I rented. How something like this could happen is beyond me, but selling or issuing locks that don't fit is BAD business. Fortunately, after finished loading after midnight, a friend of mine had a gun lock to use that actually fit.

Jerry BerryThe uhaul 20 ft Truck had a significant front end shaking/vibration limiting the safe operation to under 55 MPH. Appears that either the wheel bearings or tie rods are going out. Did not feel safe driving the vehicle. Reported this when the Truck was returned.
Ellwood SmithI scheduled Mobile pickup days in advance and it was not ready when I arrived and had to wait for the store to open. They also did not have any wardrobe boxes.

MICHAEL BAKKEThe 2 original locations did not have what I had reserved. I was sent 35 miles out for 1 truck & another location for the 2nd truck. No one contacted me letting me know the trucks were not @ the original locations & times. Needless to say our job has been delayed costing us 2 extra days. When reservations are made with U-haul they provide false information.

Deborah GouldWe drove 15 miles to return the trailer to this place and were told they were full and could not accept our trailer. I had to tow it to another place, only to be told they could not accept it either. After telling them they could drive 15 miles to my house to retrieve it when they had room for it, they agreed to let me drop it off in their parking lot. If the coronavirus is responsible for the overflow of idle trailers, I do understand, but I should have been directed somewhere else that had room for it.
