The truck was terrifying to drive. At first it wouldn't start and when I told employees they said â€œno, it's fine, it definitely starts.â€ No, it definitely isn't starting. What's the point of arguing that when we could all just go outside and see? Anyways, we got it to run after several tries. Driving the uhaul was scary. It made tons of noise, had a very hard time switching gears, and tire pressure was really low on one tire when we got it. We had to make two stops, and we seriously considered taking it back after the first because it didn't feel safe driving any more than we needed to.Megan F.

This location was unorganized and even though I completed the check in process on the app, I had to get the keys from them. I waited over 20 minutes due to a computer issue for the location. Other locations have a locker to get the keys. That is much more convenient.STEPHEN D.

At least clean the trucks out before renting to the next mover. The inside of the truck had trash in it. Plastic bottle tops and looked like pieces of cabinet/wood work left in the back of the truck from the previous renters. The floor had grass or hay/sand all over! Just dirty!jeanne W.

The truck was a disaster, and on top of that I spent $240 for two days but the only reason I had two days is because when I arrived to pick up the truck it wasn't available, which in turn out me behind and had to drive an hour out of my way to get the uhaul and miss a shift at work.James M.

Muhammed was rude acts like he is smarter than everyone, rude, talked to me as if I wasnt on his level aka inferior, bc Im a female, stupid so in an so forth!!!!! charged a $100 dollar deposit yet other uhaul places doesn't do that! The agreement I signed was .79 cents per mile and they ended up charging me .99 cents per mile. The guy messed up my sign in, and then wanted me to stop moving to go back into the store to sign in before he got into trouble. And then once I returned the uhaul truck I had to wait 30-45 mins until he figured out how to charge me and then ended up over charging. Not to happy at all!!!!!!!!!!!! I will be calling to handle this matter!meranda H.

Truck gas tank was only at 1/8 at the time of pickup. In order to proceed I needed to fill the gas tank for $71 . I returned the truck 3/4 full which means I paid about $40 more in gas then I needed just to make sure I didnt return the truck with less gas.Kenneth G.
The fuel recommendation will have you over pay. Provide a Military discount! Y'all are the only ones that don't. Would have gone some where else if I had options on a Sundaymegan K.

The reason I chose this location was its convenience. However, the computer wasn't working I had to wait 30 minutes to be able to leave with the truck. They also did not have all of the equipment I had rented online available and ready. This caused me to be late in being prepared for the help we had for moving.Chris W.

For our first experience of renting a U-Haul it was awful. Our rental wasn't ready when we went to pick it up. Then when we returned it at this location it wasn't even dirty and they charged us a $25 dollar fee to sweep it out. Ridiculous. Last time I will ever rent one.Cory G.
I got to my destination and realized there was a lock on the door. No one gave me the combination to unlock it and when I tried to call the store no one would answer the phone. I had to drive all the way back and get a completely different truck. Once I got the new truck, the back hatch wouldn't go down due to being broken. Terrible experience and I am expecting a full refund. Thank you for wasting my time and money.Garrisen S.

The gentleman was very helpful and considerate. There was a couple of times that had to interrupt my pick up process to attend to other customer that were in line to checkout. The difference between this experience and returning the truck was that after the 2nd interruption the cashier asked for the other incoming customers to wait making my waiting time reasonably much lesser than when I returned the truck.Ana G.

I picked up a trailer for my wife and did not realize that she had not requested the insurance coverage on the contract rental. She only became aware that someone applied insurance coverage on her contract when she returned the trailer. Very unethical business practice to say the least. I completed the self check and proceeded inside to get my key as the screen instructed me to. The rep stated we had to do the paperwork all over again inside. He proceeded to show me the screen where he says was asking him to check truck out when in fact it was a return button. All in all he needs better training as this cost me 30 extra minutes, which defeated the purpose of the self check option.Maria G.

Promptly get the rental done and offer help to get it connected properly. Reserved for 10:00 AM, arrived early at 9:30 but it wasn't until 10:20 that I was able get going after struggling to get the trailer connected. And why no tongue jack? Had to manually lift the trailer onto the hitch ball.Jeffrey G.
