Clean the truck and have someone available to check it out. I was directed to a counter to pick the truck up, but no one was called to help me. There were fake teeth and trash left in the vehicle. The smell of cigarette smoke was horrible. The passenger side blind spot mirror was busted making it tricky to use safely.

They were rude and hateful. When we cleaned out the trash left by previous renters, they wouldn't let us use their trashcan or dumpster and forced us to take the trash home with us. Some of the trash was left over fast food. And then they chased us out of the parking lot waving two water bottles they thought were ours yelling at us to stop and take those too. No lie! These people are sick and I would never have them working for me or representing my company. Very, very, very unprofessional in attitude and appearance. I am disappointed that Uhaul has not looked into their behavior. We talked to another local Uhaul facility and they said people have complained about them before.

Let people drop off truck were it works for them best. And also if someone is using a debit card instead of a credit card do make them pay a hundred dollar deposit?? And if that's your policy let people know ahead a time. That way they can make a informed decision about if they want to pay that fee just because it's a debit not a credit. Also the night I dropped it off by 6pm the the guy that worked there was in such a rush to leave he didn't have time to answer any questions let alone care about gas the equipment or common customer service skills!! Pretty shocked

New staff member had some trouble completing our contract. Took a little longer than anticipated. Pointed out unmarked damage to the other employee who took me out to accept the truck. Also cab wasn't very clean. Pointed out sticky floor mats and later found a half empty iced tea drink bottle under the drivers seat. I also took cell photo of truck damage.

I got charged 3 days when I only had it 2 there's supposed to charge me from 6 p.m. on November 2nd at 6 p.m. November 3rd as one day and then from the 3rd of November to the 4th of November was another day from 6 to 6 why am I getting charged three times

This applies to the main company. They give you a return date but do not tell you that the extra days are billable. It's in the fine print. Very misleading and dirty. Too many companies to choose from. Will never do business with them again.

Teach them to learn how to honor an online reservation. They made it extremely difficult, never experienced that situation before at any other location. The associate didn't seem to care they only where a distributor nothing more. Sad

UHaul, On March 16th I called around about a trailer price. UHaul sent me an offered of 15% discount if I picked up a "on way trailer" that day, so I did. I went to the UHaul dealer and showed them the 15% offer and the confirm number. Without communicating, the person (tattooed girl) continued to write a NEW contract without the discount or that confirmation number. That person realized I insisted on the 15% off so she proceeded to contact the (red head) manager. The manager took over the computer and said she knew nothing of a discount and didn't know who sent it to me. I showed it to her but she denied it was a valid discount. It was bogus, no good, she said. She offered me insurance 2 times and I replied NO. Then she tried to coerce my sister into taking the insurance. My sister had to say NO, again. She asked me a question then asked another question before I answered the first question. I guess she was trying to confuse me, I was not confused. She was very rude through the whole process. As we went to get the trailer I saw a damaged fender. My sister went back in to the manager to tell her of it. The manager was rude to her and called me a vulgar name. My sister told the manager, "you need to learn how to talk to people". She sent the original girl back to verify the damaged fender. The young guy that hooked up the trailer said, "she's in a bad mood today". I would have addressed her about the vulgar name but my sister didn't tell me till much later. Is this how UHaul does business? Confirmation number that was refused, 90374380. They said it was a bogus number!! It was sent to me by UHaul. I await your remedy to this situation.

My estimated mileage was 10 miles under actual and I had to pay but the gas was over a quarter more than when I took it and no credit which I feel very upset over ere on side of company not customer and I only used 4 hrs not 8 hrs

The employee was friendly and helpful at the location. The $100 deposit was a bit shocking since i wasnt told about it until i was paying. The truck was hard to inspect because of long grass it was parked in. When i did the online inspection review i tried to add pictures and it froze and i was never able to finish the inspection process. I do still have the pictures if needed. The cabin smelled like pizza and there was grease on center console and steering wheel. And multiple chips on the floor. Obviously no one had even checked to see if it was clean. Truck was easy to drive. Breaks were good. I had to use the windshield wipers on our trip and they seemed dry rotted and didnt do a good job. Our personal car had a flat tire during the day so we were set back with moving and ended up dropping the truck off after hours. I had to use the online drop off. But when it told me told put the keys in the drop box i could not find the box. Me and 2 other people looked all over the front of building and parking lot. I ended up deciding to take the keys and the dolly with me to return in the morning because i was never shown how to lock the back and didnt want the dolly stolen. So basically, i felt like i over paid for a disgusting truck. Not a good experience at all.

My original reservation was made at a facility that no longer rents U-hauls. Worst experience ever. I had to find another place that had an availability for a truck at the last minute. Thank goodness this facility had a truck to available.

Person checking us in had no knowledge of how to do so and little support from her superior. Process took way longer than it needed to. Once to the trailer, it was kept in the dirt so wires and connections had to be changed out. Trailer itself was in good shape and drove nicely.
