More staff is needed at this location as there was an issue with the roll up door being jammed in the open position & since there was only one representative available, we had to fix it ourselves in order for the truck to be used. The Re presentative provided wrench for us to use, but truck should have been inspected prior to ensure that it was in working order.Michael G.

The vehicle was clean by normal standards, but I was informed that no disinfecting was done to control the spread of COVID-19. I had no choice to use the vehicle, so had to spend an hour of my own time to disinfect it before I could load it with my stuff. I just hope I do not get the virus because of the lack of respect you have for your customers health and well being.BRIAN S.

This was not my original pick up location. it added an hour (30 min both ways) although compensated for miles, not compensated for gas not time. The person on call to change location was very nice. I didn't anticipate these costs when she called. I would have asked to lower rate by $25 or so, knowing now. But all goodSteve P.

If a change in pick up location happens please notify more then 30 minutes beforehand. I bearly made it to the pick up location in time. Eventhough i was given more miles do to the change I ended up spending more in gas in the end. Please also offer an amount off to cover for the increased gas as well as the mileage. Finally if possible having someone that knows how to check trucks out and look up orders would be helpful as well as it makes it a very frustrating 30 minutes trying to look up an order and check things out even when doing the express check out on the phone prior to picking up the vehicle.Grant G.

We were charged a $25 charge for cleaning. The uhaul was swept out upon dropping off. The man looked at the truck and never told us we were being charged an extra fee. I will note that it was raining/snowing the day we dropped it off as well.Jerry R.

Suppose to be 19.95 a day. Got the bill, was charged 78.65. That was for about 8 to 9 hours. Plus 13.41 in replaced gas. Total of under 30 miles.harold A.

Express check in was a joke. Express check in was supposed to make getting vehicle faster. I ended up cancelling reservation and making a new one because the person at the center refused to give me the vehicle because my dl was not uploaded. I tried multiple time to up load and also called uhaul for help and was put on hold for over an hour. Then I cancelled reservation and the tool did not upload my license.Kathleen K.

The issues at this location are half that there is only one guy and he needs to sell things to people so he kept stopping helping me to work the register for others. Also they had issues with the U-Haul checkout system that took over 30 minutes to checkout. So even though I arrived ten minutes before my checkout time I really left almost half an hour late.Carl C.

Don't make me drive out of my way to pick up a vehicle. Add extra miles without making me ask for them. Have a person who knows what they are doing present. Provide a vehicle with no issues.Mark S.
