Hamid RadThe U-Haul app is very buggy. Kept giving me errors despite my phone being on 5G with full bars. I had to call for live assistance because the pick-up process on the app went straight from find your truck to return your truck! I couldn't get the code to the lock box!!!

Denise FulllerThe only thing I could think of is I couldn't figure out how to open the passenger side door on the truck that I used. You could only open it from the inside and not the outside which was rather inconvenient. Otherwise all was well!

Hamid RadI rented the truck until Weds. But on Tuesday I began to receive calls to return the truck. Evidently a customer was waiting for it. So I went to one place (on the contract). A lady was there with a child (wrong place). She sent me to another place (wrong place again). The 2nd lady told me of another place. So I went to the 3rd place to return the truck and no one was there. I dropped the keys in the drop-off box, hoping this was right. I never saw another customer waiting. Seems like the locations in around Ridgefield/Vancouver are not coordinated.

michael wardThe rental APP was glitchy and used wrong grammar when asking about mileage. It asks, “how many miles did you drive”, what it wants to know is how many miles on the odometer. I drove 4 miles. The odometer read 314 miles. See the difference. The APP doesn’t inform you that you have to be at the location to access pickups causing some confusion this morning. Then it cut me off after asking me to take pictures. I called support only to find I had already completed the transaction. Good, but then I wasted 10 more minutes calling support because the APP never informed me I was done. I won’t be using the APP to rent a truck ever again. If I can’t do it at the counter with a representative, I will find another rental service.

ClydeK NihipaliFuel levels are not always accurately stated. In my last 3 experiences (different locations), the fuel levels were slightly lower than full, but stated as full. I've returned my rentals at full. Not the best experience.
