U-Haul really let me down. My reservation confirmation email took me to the wrong location, then the dolly I requested wasn't available. I was charged for moving blankets I did not request. Returned the vehicle with far more gas than when I picked it up, immaculate condition and was charged a cleaning fee. Do better, U-Haul.
Holly TSara was very accommodating with our storage needs. Would highly recomend.
Rose H | Overall ExperienceThe lady named Sara was not to friendly and she said the gas tank was 9/16 full that is above the half mark I took a picture of the odometer and that same picture shows the gas tank at 8/16 or half a tank not at 9/16 full. I took it in with the same as I found it when I got it. Otherwise the vehicle was in great shape and ran smoothly
