I requested an appliance dolly and was not informed that there would not be one on the truck. Also I requested 12 furniture pads and only 2 were on the truck. I was charged for an appliance dolly and 12 furniture pads even though I stated this in my return on the app. Please listen to what your customers request and give proper notice or notice for that matter that said request can't be accommodated.

Don't make appointments available for time of opening if truck isn't ready. Me waiting for my truck took time from my rental and delayed my move. Also I was instructed that the truck door would get stuck and to kick it to get it open

Your website switched me to this location. When I called up customer service, after they bothered to get to me, they couldn't get me another truck anywhere, and wouldn't compensate me for the lost time or the two cab rides. I'm never spending another dime on your services, movers may charge an arm and a leg but they don't jerk me around and then leave other people holding the bag to apologize for how much corporate sucks.

Keeping in mind that moving is never easy, I can say that this was truthfully one of the worst experiences of my life. It is disappointing to think of all of the people that rely on the Uhaul services, and know that there are absolutely 0 safeguards in place for when things go wrong. I am not sure that Uhaul understands/appreciates the impact of not having the truck on hand that your customers book months in advance. It is even more frustrating knowing that I had to bring it to your attention as opposed to being notified of the truck not being available. There aren't many other affordable options to rent trucks, but I can honestly say that I would be willing to pay a significant premium to not have to use your services in the future.

have the truck ready at the location that I made the reservation so that I don't have to pay an additional $24.00 in mileage charges to the new location as well as an additional hour and a half labor charges to the 3 men that I hired to work out of the original location....and didn't get the measly $50 credit on my visa yet......aggravating

The personnel at this facility was friendly and helpful. I was able to get my truck and storage unit at the same facility. No waiting, no running around. Everything was right there. Clean and well lit. I was scheduled to pick up truck and move into one of their storage4 units on 6.10.16, which I might add was a pretty warm day. While unloading my truck, I was offered ICED COLD water. Who does that these days??? KUDOS to the manager. I don't normally do reviews, but I was pleased with this facility and once I looked at the storage unit I planned to purchase, which was a little to small for my needs, I was upgraded to a larger unit for a few dollars more only because there was a beam in the middle of the unit. Not a problem, why not take it and use the beam to your advantage, which I did. so, in closing I will say I was VERY pleased and have no problem recommending them to friends and family. JW

I am very upset about my experience there, I have used this prepaid card at uhaul before my total was 84.12 and my card was charged 97.74, when returning the equipment I was charged 93.74 plus my additional mileage which the extra for mileage was correct, I only keep 105.00 on this card for small useage like this, my card was charged twice the wrong amount which the third time made my card decline and no I was just charged a 39.00 late fee this is unacceptable and I need this matter corrected immediately. But I must say the staff was friendly but the aggravating situtation takes from it and then I get a letter with my name on it saying I agree to the late fee no I dont. Tracey love 7733021770

The Gentlemen at the front desk were very helpful. I made a few mistakes and didn't know what I was doing and they kindly helped me.

This site needs to be sure that it has basics such as packing blankets and tie downs available. There were none on hand when I picked up the truck. I had to purchase additional rope to tie off, and used many personal blankets and towels for padding and protection. Other than this, I was very satisfied with the rental.

The time and hours of service need to be better, I didn't like leaving atruck in outside the area I was in, but aslong as nothing happened to the truck, then it was ok, butmaybe stay open 1 hour more. Also I want to thank U-Haul for their service in helping me to rent a an truck, so that I could move, because I don't know what TN would have happened, if I couldn't get a truck to on movethat day, THANK YOU VERY MUCH.

The U Haul rep was very polite, professional, friendly and helpful. He assisted me with all of my needs. I give him 5/5 stars. As far as your equipment. The truck was not clean and had an odor. There was broken glass on the door (the molded section that you use to shut it.) on the floor and in the back of the truck.The ashtray was full and there was tops from alcholic beverages in the cab as well. Coming in from off the street alone the dock was unfriendly and dark. Was not comfortable going into the building.

With there being a cost to charge any customer for having an accident, the van looked as though it couldn't look brand new. It was clean though. All charges were not explained such as insurance: the cost wasn't mentioned only the ability to cover the vehicle. Also, the mileage charge could have been explained in details.

I was given one estimated price from the representative when I called the 800 number to reserve a truck, then when I picked up the truck I was charged more. So overall I was charged almost $200, excluding the gas I put in the truck before returning it. I felt like I was mislead and I could have found a cheaper hauling company. Needless to say, I probably won't be using your services anymore.
