O WThe location was fine, and the people that were running the location was fine, but the vehicle itself had major issue with loud noise. Sounded like a jackhammer on top of the roof. Called customer service and they said we would have to wait on road side assistance before swapping out a truck. Because of our time constraint, we told them we were not able to sit on the side of the road and wait for them to come check out the truck. They sent a phone number to call to talk with someone else but we could hardly hear from the noise on the truck. We opted to go buy ear plugs and continue on otherwise we would not have made it back from Okc to Arkansas and back before the facility closed at 7:00 pm and we would have to come back and drop off the truck in the morning. Have videos of the loud, unbearable noise. I am 100% the next to rent the truck will have the same issues. I've rented trucks from U-Haul for years… first time had a terrible experience

KEJUAN JCheck engine light was on when I got the U-Haul and they tried to charge me for it. Truck was dented absolutely everywhere and they tried to charge me for THAT too. Would NOT recommend. Dude was rude. 0/10
Kaitlyn MI was charged a $25 cleaning fee even though I returned it clean! I took pictures. I even cleaned up the front passenger floor that wasn't my mess. Everything up to this was great, but I'm very upset with being charged this fee when it wasn't dirty. Sounds like someone trying to make an undeserved buck. I would like a contact call to refute this charge.

Creed HTruck was muddy inside and out. Had contactless pickup and couldn't get instructions to pickup truck without calling. Rented truck one way which gives you a set number of miles but the return location they gave me instead of one closest to my location added 20 plus miles to my mileage making me go over.

LaTrice SI had an extra day to return the truck in Oklahoma City, yet I was charged $40.00 for the extra day and $14.00 for insurance coverage plus tax! I believe this was definitely the location in Oklahoma City just padding the bill for their benefit! I'll think long and hard before I use U-Hall again!

Kenny CI drove the truck 2 miles to my house loaded it, nothing was on to drain battery but it wouldn't start so I had to call the technician to come fix after I tried to call the location which no one answered. Apparently cable was loose but the truck was noisy as well and didn't run great. Not the best experience.

Alexis JThe man that worked here didn't tell me that there was no dolly and I reserved one so that made it to where I couldn't even get all my stuff because it was too heavy. He didn't show me which truck I was getting I had to find it myself. He didn't even get out of his chair for anything at all. He wasn't wearing a mask when I got there and didn't put one on until another customer walked in. He said I wouldn't have to pay a deposit but I was still charged one anyway. Overall not a great experience at all and now I will have to spend even more money to get another truck with a dolly to get the rest of my stuff. He wouldn't let me get a smaller truck unless I paid 200.00 fee and had to drive it all the way back to okc from norman to return it there. Not great customer care at all. I will never use this uhaul again.
NINA VEquipment was rusty and hard to use. Tire straps are worn. Should be replaced.

Omar KThis facility is not a full service location. Just a drop off point close to my final destination. No real check in but still the email paperwork showed they had reviewed what I had rented.
Mark MI was charged for 3.5 gallons of fuel even though I know I refilled the truck to the appropriate level. I used the gas station less than a mile from U-haul location. I contacted U-Haul today and did not get a hold of the necessary people. I have used U-haul multiple times over my life and have always re-fueled. You can check that yourself. I did this time too; I don't like being charged extra for the fuel.
Cory SI would prefer to be "walked to the truck" and told how to use it instead of relying on friends to show me how to open and close the back or where to find things. The guy that helped us was very cordial but I just felt like I needed more of a walk through on how to use it.

Marshal TTHE MAN IN THE OFFICE WAS RIGHT ON TOP OF EVERYTHING. HE WAS ENTHUSIASTIC, POLITE AND GOOD HUMORED. THE TRUCK WAS CLEAN AND READY-TO-GO. THE PAPERWORK WAS A BREEZE AND WE WERE IN AND OUT IN NO TIME. IF NEED BE, I WILL GLADLY USE THIS LOCATION FOR MY NEXT RENTAL. I WOULD HAVE GIVEN AN EXCELLENT RATING HAD THERE BEEN MORE TRUCKS TO CHOOSE AMONG. OTHER THAN THAT...

CLARA SAbsolutely the worst experience I have ever had renting a truck. Ordered online for a simple quick pickup and ended up in this small uhaul office for almost an hour. We reserved a furniture dolly that ended up not being in the truck, called back, and the manager would not give us one because they were closing, so we had to rent one from home depot. The truck computer said it had 3/4 tank of gas, but when we got in the truck it was empty. Charged us an additional $25.00 because of a small amount of dirt on the truck. The truck had been smoked in and cigarettes in the ashtray, it stank so bad...never again uhaul, I will gladly pay more money for one of your competitors to not ever deal with your company again!
Kristina WSchedule your drop off online and make sure you take a picture of the truck when you drop it off. I returned my U-Haul the same day I rented it. I called U-Haul and they texted me a drop off location. Then my card was charged an additional $60 because the location they sent me to was close. I called the owner of the location and she was rude from the beginning. Now I've been attempting to call U-Haul customer service and I've been on hold for 30 minutes. Terrible experience and I am completely unsatisfied. I would tell the next customer to take a picture of their truck when they drop it off.
Ashley MThe man that helped me was very nice but didn't go over the trailer with me. The tie downs didn't fit over my tires so I had to buy tie downs. None of that was went over with me so whenever I was ready to pull out I couldn't.
Kimberly FCigarette ash and dirt in the cab. Cab smelled like weed. I ordered blankets with my rental, but nothing was in the back of the truck and nobody was in the store. I was charged 10 dollars for blankets that i never got. When i called for a refund the woman i spoke to said there was nothing she could do... so you basically stole 10 dollars from me. Thanks.
