Returned equipment one day early (Saturday afternoon) but lady did not have time to check me in so was unable to close account while I was present. She called on Monday afternoon saying a blanket was missing 2 days after return and they were not folded which I could have folded had I been told. I also must say I lost the contract so returned it to the closest UHaul store to my destination which was different than contract.

They cheated me out of miles. I live 2 miles from pickup. From there 5 miles. Total miles drove is approximately 14 miles and I got charged for 26 miles.

This location had what I needed, when I needed it, and was conveniently close by. Staff member was friendly, helpful, and courteous.

The employee was very helpful and had my equipment checked-in quickly. She didn't offer to help me in unhooking the trailer from my vehicle, apparently assuming (incorrectly) that I had someone with me to help. Once she saw that I was dropping off the trailer by myself, she was quick to come out and help me, as the front of the trailer was very heavy and not the easiest for one person to manage. I very much appreciated her help.

staff excellent, very professional and courteous. Thanks again will only choose this location for any other needs.Last location we used on New Circle Rd Lexington Ky,had very poor service and negative attitude.SERVICE WAS SLOW AND ACTUALLY IGNORED UNTIL WE MENTIONED WE HAD BEEN WAITING 30 MINUTES AND OTHERS JUST WALKING IN WERE SERVED BEFORE US . DEFINITELY NEED NEW MANAGEMENT SINCE IT WAS THE MANAGER WAITING ON US.BUT AGAIN WE HAVE FOUND AN EXCELLENT LOCATION WITH A STAFF THAT ARE HAPPY WITH THEIR JOB.

I had reserved a truck two weeks in advance and was called the day before and told that it was no longer available at the location I requested. But I could pick up a different truck at a DIFFERENT location. I reserved the truck on that day because I had exactly 36 hours to move my things from Kentucky to Indiana before I had to be back to work. I was then informed that I couldn't pick up the replavemt truck until 1:30 pm. Which would have limited me to around 23 hours. After multiple calls I was finally able to reserve a truck way larger than I needed to be picked up at 9:30 (when I originally was supposed to be 7:30) That truck was available but 30 miles from where I had to pick up the trailer. So even tho I got the truck early I still wasted nearly two hours of my already short time just driving back and forth to pick up the truck and trailer. The late start cost me the only help I would have had loading (because he could only help me early morning) therefore I had to load my entire house by myself which took way longer than anticipated and basically cost me any extra time I might have had. I was barely able to drive to Indiana, unload the trailer & return it and still make it back to Kentucky to work. So I essentially spent $400 (on something I reserved ahead of time so I would HAVE time) to be told my reservation and money wasn't as important as the person they let have the trucks before me and to bust my ass trying to make my move fit into YOUR timing.

the person over the helpdesk line at 1800 number was very poor in customer care, she kept sending me to locations that does not serve U-Haul at all. first time I went to close down building second time she sent me to middle of housing neighborhood. then I had to pick my own location.
