The only problem was that I assumed all of the blankets that I ordered were in the uhaul, I ordered one dozen. But once we got home, I realized there was only one blanket in the truck instead of 12. But other than that. Great!

First time using a Uhaul. My first impression was that I was in the wrong place because I only saw Uhaul trucks but no Uhaul store. Once I called the number they provided me & told me to come into the convenience store it was an easy, fast and professional experience. Everything was clean, & the truck was really easy to drive

Tony DI thought that maybe having the extra equipment ready in the truck I was picking up might be nice. Also, the Uhaul app didn’t have me submit information for approval until I was already there to pick up the truck, so I thought it could have done all that at time of reservation instead. Otherwise everything was great!
Kayla DOrdered a dozen of blankets + an applicants holy and there were not there when the moment of the pick up. We had to go to a different location (paid the miles) because they didn’t include it. The self check out is not convenient, very slow process that delay our moving.
Juan CThe u-haul was just dirty all around I could not see anything though the windows and when I would open the driver door it was sound like if the fender was dented.. and the passenger window would not go down right.. and when I put up the u-haul it was not on a full tank..
martin lWhat should have been a quick and easy mobile pickup, became a long and complicated issue and they wouldn't even explain what the issue was. It took almost a half hour just to get the truck. Until finally they said it was all because I was using the mobile pickup, and I could just go into the store, and after doing so it took 60 seconds. Why would the process be more difficult with modern technology? Why would the process even be significantly different using your phone instead of talking to the person at the counter. What is the purpose of the mobile pickup if it just makes things more difficult and makes the process take longer?
JASON NThe vehicle needs maintenance front end very loose on drivers side. Damage on that side also bumper. Fuel was under a quarter tank when I got it.

Brett SThis place ripped me off. They switched my reservation from a oneway to a local move. Oneway Westminster, CO to McCook, Ne was going to be 350ish the lady told me it would be way cheaper to bring it back to their store and that ending up costing me 550ish. I will be reporting and expect a follow up. I will warn everyone to stay away from this location!
Kenneth MLocation felt unsafe at night Process for returning up truck was unbearably long Because the gas tank was at 25% when I picked it up it was almost impossible to try and return it at 25%. I ended up returning it at 50% because I couldn’t let it get too low but I didn’t want to have to stop multiple times to put a little bit in. This ended up costing me an extra $24

Rajendra JI selected a 7:00am pickup and the store opens at 8:30. Everything in my reservation info assured me that 24/7 pickup was an option and that I could pickup at 7:00am. When I got to the store at 7:00am, I clicked on the “ready for pickup” button and it took me to a page that then said my reservation was confirmed for in person pickup and that I’d have to wait until the store opens at 8:30. It was very frustrating not being told that until I was there ready for pickup.

john wIf I would have known there was no actual person there to assist in the drop off I would have never agreed to this site. It was just a sign screwed to the side of a random building with instructions to complete your own drop. It was pouring rain, my phone was dead and I was not happy because I could not complete the drop off because you needed to get on a website and take pictures of everything for u haul. I will make sure next time it will be a location that has somebody there to do there job. I rented the trailer and they hooked it up, so I expect the same treatment at a drop off as well.

Danielle HDropped truck off fine but was charged after I left for gas. Not knowing what the charge on my card was for so I called them to find out what's going on. The lady was very rude on the phone and said she was busy and hung up on me.. I'm right around the corner so of course I went up there. When I fot there her definition of busy was her laughing and talking with the local crackheads. I asked her about the charges and she gave me a number saying it was them and not her.. Called the number only to find out they same lady had charged me for the gas and not the people on the phone
Eric DBusy store convenience store with a uhaul rental service. Only one person to help everyone in shop. Prior renter left trash in van. I was not offered a receipt when dropping off during normal business hours.

Unhelpful folks at the York street location that didn't seem to care that what I reserved wasn't actually there. These folks, for a third party rental were extremely friendly.

Aleshia AThe overall price was excessive. I didn't realize that would be the cost. I should have rented an SUV instead. The vehicle looked like it had been damaged all over. It was dirty inside and outside. I cleaned it more thoroughly when I returned it. I thought it would be a good deal. This is the second time the mileage inflates the costs and I am planning to rent with another company going forward.

Johana AI returned the appliance dolly early, as well as one furniture pads. They closed out my rental and charge me a damage $50 charge because I didn’t return all the blankets. I return them the next morning, still within my original rental allotted time, and they did refund, but it was a bit of a pain.
PETER IThe location was fine, but the online check in process and the U-Haul mobile app were terrible. It took nearly 45 mins to complete the check-in process despite me uploading photos of my driver's license ahead of time. The app is very slow and buggy. Very frustrating process.

Melinda WTrain the employees at American Convenience Store 2 regarding use of online check in and check out. Make it clear to users that they must use the online check in. Make text check in faster. I got my notification 20 minutes after I drop the truck off.
Kendra BU-Haul rep was difficult to understand and just assured me that I would receive confirmation of my return but did not provide anything further to insure that the transaction was complete. The email confirmation did arrive but it was a little nerve-wracking not getting confirmation immediately.

Benjamin SDirty ashtray, not cleaned at all, desperately needs new wiper blades, tire loosing air on rear passenger side, no wiper fluid when we picked up the truck, the trailer had No Brakelights or Blinkers and to top it off the damage thing leaked. My property was water damaged and I am seriously pissed off.

First, the truck was snow and ice covered and they didnt have anything to help me get the ice off the windshield. i found some plastic around back of store and scraped it off- took about 10 mins. Then, he had given me the wrong gas amount, and he couldnt figure out how to give me a new printout. Another 10 mins. Then, when I got home, the truck was filled with stuff! A desk, bags of clothes, and tons of dirt. I had to drive to a Goodwill and donate it before I could start my move. No refund or apology- I will be calling UHaul main office to get some resimbursement.

susan lI believe I was charged the wrong amount for the truck. I reserved a 20 foot, but it was unavailable. I rented a 10 foot truck instead, but was still charged the amount for the 20 foot.
