The location was dirty, the equipment was very dirty and seemed poorly maintained. This was a long distance move and we were constantly worried about making it without a breakdown.

Do not ask to prepare by uploading driver's license and then repeating the same thing when you go to get the truck.

You changed location on us the last minute, and this is only a convenient store and didn't have the dolly or the boxes we asked for.

I have already left 2 complaints about pick up that took 1.5 hours because the person at the pick up place was not trained, spoke poor English, and the information he had did not match the reservation I made. Uhaul made changes to my reservation without advising me about it which only caused more confusion and frustration during pick up. Eventually I had to do all the computer administration work for him using his computer at the store. The truck was dirty in the cab part. I had also reserved a dolly- it was there either. We also had to go to different location to pick up an auto transport that we had reserved but we're told that we could not pick it up because we had not arrived on time but that's only because 1) uhaul had made pickup time for both equipment in different locations without considering driving time as well as the 1.5 hours that it took us to retrieve our truck. The solution a customer service agent gave us was to drive 45 mins from my house to pick up the auto transport. That was not acceptable. After a bit and asking to speak to someone else, we agreed to pick up the auto transport first thing the next morning which also meant it put me behind schedule to start my cross country move. Also the truck did not have working a/c!! Which meant that we were delayed even further!! While on the road in 110° weather 4 hours from our destination the a/c unit stopped working!! We were in the middle of of nowhere we had to drive 2 hours with no a/c in over 100 ° weather . We drove with our service dog in the cab, so no a/c meant a health hazard to him too. We had to stop several times to buy ice for him and us until we got to a hotel that was relatively close to the auto shop the roadside assistance assigned us to to stay the night because the shop was closed. I was promised hotel and food reimbursement along with gas. (Have not heard back from a manager yet about it) I have moved cross country before with a uhaul competitor and wanted to give uhaul a try this time. I do not plan to ever utilize uhaul for cross country again.

Cant speak english...slow. Equipment snow covered and not even ready. Avoid this location.

I completed reservation online day before, entered payment info....yet I had to sit with the inept clerk for 35 minutes as the phone check in didnt work. It was as if the guy had never done this before. In addition, I reserved an appliance dolly for $10. He said they didnt have one...only a regular dolly. Thanks for nothing, as I was moving a. Washer and dryer. Truck had 55000, miles on it. Drove like it had 190,000 miles on it. Piece of junk. Felt unsafe. Inept clerk, no appliance dolly, crummy truck. Miserable experience. 1 star at best. Will not use them again. Ever. May not even use Uhaul again.

We were originally told to ask for a different dropoff location by calling this location. However, neither us, nor the original pickup location, or this location's manager knew where we were supposed to go despite calling the regional management.

A drunk man was panhandling in the parking lot while we were dropping off the truck. Parking lot was not well lit. The biggest concern (for you as a company) is that the key to the truck was not actually locked in the box when we picked up. The lock was already set to the secret code so all I had to do was open the lock box to grab the keys.
