Dirty ashtray, not cleaned at all, desperately needs new wiper blades, tire loosing air on rear passenger side, no wiper fluid when we picked up the truck, the trailer had No Brakelights or Blinkers and to top it off the damage thing leaked. This place was not ready to be a uhaul site. First, the truck was snow and ice covered and they didnt have anything to help me get the ice off the windshield. i found some plastic around back of store and scraped it off- took about 10 mins. Then, he had given me the wrong gas amount, and he couldnt figure out how to give me a new printout. Another 10 mins. Then, when I got home, the truck was filled with stuff! A desk, bags of clothes, and tons of dirt. I had to drive to a Goodwill and donate it before I could start my move. No refund or apology- I will be calling UHaul main office to get some resimbursement.Michele W.

The Uhaul smelled like smoke, it had not been cleaned and the location was all boarded up so it was not at all inviting. The staff made it difficult to pick up the equipment and did not include the moving blankets that I paid for. I was so disgusted by the location I disregarded the blankets and they were upset when they weren't â€œreturnedâ€ but I was never issued them in the first place. Would not recommend for someone looking for a safe location with ease of check out/check in and cleanliness.Hailey L.

Very unprofessional! Kept being interrupted so he can help his convince store customers. Would not out to verify truck was in good safe working condition. Truck was not well maintained. When I was ready to return again refused to come out to check out truck. Would not verify mileage. Was up set that I returned with same amount of fuel and not more. Defended his homeless customer when he parked his truck and had his crap in the way making it impossible to put the truck back where I tool it from. I will never ever rent from there again. I called several times to rent the bushel with no response. I finally booked online. When I arrived another couple was I. Fri t if me complaining that they were charged twice or for two days when they dropped the uhaul within the 24 hour period. Likewise, I too have been charged twice or for two days when I returned the uhaul a hour early. The women behind the counter does not know how to do anything but the cash Register, obviously this is what happened to the prior couple and will to happen to customers until rectified.Ryab K.
Let's just say it was generally a nightmare. We got to the location where a man was playing a coin arcade game at 8:00AM. The first trailer's back door wouldn't close and then when getting the second trailer, there was a woman locked inside of the uhaul truck adjacent to our trailer, she was knocking on the door asking to be let out because â€œgot in a fight with her boyfriendâ€ when really she was just homeless and would've died in there if someone didn't let her out soon enough because it was so hot. I will never use this location again. The owner told us to call and make a reservation because she was to busy to help us. We called and made a reservation and then she got upset with us because we did what she asked of us. Then we were trying to give her our reservation number, and she didn't want nothing to do with it. The owner wanted to re-enter our information to start another transaction and tried charging me again after I had already paid for it online.. There was a customer in her store playing one of the coin machine games in the store, and the lady tried helping us with locating another store. And the owner told her to mind her own business. Not cool at all to treat people like s..t when there in your store spending money... We have rented from U-Haul before and this was definitely the worst experience we've had with U-Haul. I don't recommend this place at all. I give it a 1 star overall. WILL NEVER USE THIS LOCATION AGAIN....Jennifer F.

There was trash in the cab. Items left in the cargo box from previous customer. Mistake on billing. (Tried to charge for two days instead of one). Language barrier.TERRY B.
The staff in the store was very helpful. It was our easiest rental yet. The truck itself was another story. Somebody had siphoned gas before we arrived. We didn't notice until we got to our destination and gas was leaking down the side and metal shaving we're covering the hole made. I wouldn't leave your vehicle at this location overnight but other than that it was a pleasant experience. Nothing a golf ball and tape couldn't fix!Preston M.

Ask the customer confirmation questions on how long the customer needs to rent the equipment in case the customer needs to change that time. Instead of charging the customer extra rental time which wasn't needed.victor G.

This location is in a convenience store in a risky area of town. The employees do their business around your Uhual transaction, so it seems that it takes an average of about 20 minutes past your pickup time to actually receive the truck.Christopher R.
Customer service was horrible, he didn't even show me the truck, walk out with me, etc. Just took my money! He wasn't friendly, apparently overwhelmed, and it's a ghetto convenience store that doubles as a dinky uhaul rental place! Will NEVER use this location again!Kristy K.

I reserved the vehicle at one location 1/2 a mile from my residence but was informed before I picked it up that I had to drive 12 miles to Pick up vehicle because they had problems with the one at location that I was renting at this added 25 miles round-trip to my rental agreement or $20.00 I feel this should have been refunded to me because it was also extra gas to travel this distance with Truck and my own vehicle other than that everything was greatKevyn P.

Uhaul employee scratched/dented my bumper when attempting to help install the uhaul onto the trailer hitch. Maybe next time don't have customers pick up cargo trailers from a liquor store location. Mala experiencia.David T.

Uhaul rental was ok, I could barely understand the English of the employee who rented the equipment, when I had a basic question, he really didn't have a good answer for me. When I asked about changes in the contract, he did not have an answer and told me to call Uhaul.Charles B.

The owner needs to focus at one task at a time. He kept on helping the convenient store guest get quarters for some gambling machines in his shop. Also he questioned how far I was going for the whole day and marked the gas on the paper work that was not correct on gas gage in the vehicle so I had to fill it up a lot. Prices of gas are crazy, why should I fill it up more then what I used because of the last customer. He doesn't even get in the vehicle to check the gage. He's super short and checks from standing out side the vehicle. He's cheap and and terrible at customer service.Spencer L.
The only problem I had is that I was charged an extra day. When the Uhaul rep called to schedule the trailer for more then a couple days, I told her from Friday thru Friday. When I brought the trailer back, there was no mention of an extra charge until I checked my credit card. The gentleman from the store even called me Friday morning to verify when I would be back. Dude didn't know what he was doing. Is marking the gas tanks fuller than they are on the paperwork and says "oh you'll be fine." Had to make him sign it that it was wrong. Truck was dirty, had garbage on the back. Will never rent from here again.Thomas B.

The manager at this location logged my return date 3 days after the day I returned my vehicle. I called U-Haul and asked them to refund me, and they said they would do it. However, it is clear that either the manager in this location is clumsy, which is bad, or, dishonest and was counting on me not recognizing that he was overcharging. I WOULD NEVER GO BACK THIS PLACE.SAEED P.

Rented materials were not in the truck as promised. No cell service (Verizon or ATT) or wifi at pickup site to fill out required materials. Pickup took almost an hour (cutting into time for rental) and was very difficult working with cashier at store who was unfamiliar with key pick-up process. Truck's mirrors could not be adjusted (were screwed into place) making for unsafe driving. Truck was almost completely out of fuel when picked up and could not travel any significant distance. Truck's battery died and had to be jumped. When return of truck was delayed because of dead battery and late start from incredibly slow pick-up, was charged double the agreed-upon price. Overall a terrible experience that I will not be repeating and will not recommend to others.Calley M.

Clean your trucks in between reservations and tell your customers about the link for truck damage that way they don't drive all the way to the moving location before seeing the text and by that time the link is timed out and then charge the customer a cleaning fee when it was dirty to begin with. Have all personnel at the location trained on how to check in a vehicle. The lady that accepted the keys did not check the vehicle in. I received a call the next morning asking when I planed to return the vehicle almost 24 hrs. After it had been returned.EDWARD H.

I used an auto transport to tow my vehicle behind the Uhaul. When I arrived (within business hours) they couldn't find my reservation. I also thought that the location would help me hook up the auto transport to the back of the Uhaul, but they didn't. If I knew this I would have chosen a different company. I received no help and I was left by myself to hitch the transport, place chains under my car, and secure my tires. Though somethings may be intuitive, If customers are expected to do this, please provide a tutorial video that is sent to the customer. I traveled across three states and the entire time I was worried about my vehicle and if it was secured properly. The cost to rent these items is expensive and this would be helpful.DEANDRE T.
