vicki zYour self check out is totally impossible!!! The locks on the truck was impossible!!! I WILL NEVER GO PICK UP A TRUCK IF IT IS SELF PICK UP!!! We were so overwhelmed by it we couldn’t wait to take the truck back we forgot to put gas back in truck so we were Fined!!!!NEVER AGAIN!!!

Andrew ZMake sure the vehicle is well-maintained. We paid for 24 hours and were only able to use the truck for approximately 4 to 5 hours due to no oil or transmission fluid. The truck had to be towed and we were not finished moving. My furniture is still not at my house and I cannot afford to rent another truck.

Evan FHave a walk around inspection with customer. Ensure that the fuel gage is where yall think it is. The person who rented me the truck. Said the gage was at 1/4 tank of gas. When it was at an 1/8. I was charged extra 64.00 for fuel.. make sure to take pictures of everything
