Rented this storage unit for 3 years while my children attended BYU-I. It was a great experience and never had a problem with anything.

There were several mice. I called the office and they told me it was my responsibility to put out mouse poison. I would take pictures every few days of mice dead on a sticky trap. We had to move all of our boxes out after one month and keep somewhere else because mouse droppings were in every box. There also must have been a leak in the roof because there was about a 4 x 4 foot area of ice in the unit in the middle of the floorThe owner was very standoffish and rude to me. I would not recommend this storage facility.

It was clean and over all we had a good experience. However we did end up with rats or mice in our storage unit and they were nesting in some of our boxes. It maybe helpful to try to get rid of them OR at least let you customers know it would be in their best interest to get mice traps or something.

There was a good deal of damage to the contents of my U-Box when I went to unload it. It looks as though the container sustained a sudden jolt (dropped?) and prolonged fibration during transport. There was wood dust and chips all over everything, boxes and bins were collapsed and otherwise damaged. This despite careful packing prior to shipping.

The storage unit was super cute it was spaceious enough to put 4, 30 gallon totes and a trash can in the storage unit. It was perfect for me to store my stuff while I went home.

LOWER RATES!! This was so expensive to move our stuff, my sister got the same uhaul a few years ago for $800 while I had to pay $3500. How is that right?!?

Once I lost the door code and it was late and it took a LONG time to get the code because of office hours. I've loved this facility and recommend it to most of my friends. I do think within the locker units a light would be nice.

When I went to drop my truck and tow dolly no knew as at the location eve though they were supposed to close at five PM. On the website it tried to make me take the truck back to a different location from the one I choose. I was on hold fir over an hour trying to return my rental. I was very frustrated.

It was very simple to return the U-Haul through our phone. Alpine Rentals was very clean and relatively easy to find with Google maps. We did pull in front of the wrong suite (Alpine moved over), but it was easy to move the truck in front of their suite seeing as no one else was there.

The safety chains were rapped around themselves so much we couldn't undo them. Also the driver's side taillight wasn't in proper working condition. The passenger side strap had a hole in it. We ended up returning it early, because of all these safety issues.

We did not store anything here. This was where our iPods were delivered to. It was unfair to charge an undisclosed fee for rent when we had already paid $1400 for each pod to be moved.

The recommended gas fill quantities are decieful on the contract...I was 30 miles from being empty and per contact needed to put 20 gals in to put at half full (what it was when I picked-up). After putting 20 gals in, the needle was nearly on 3/4 of tank...total rip-off and royally pissed me off!

We were not please to find that our U-Boxes where not storaged in a condition facility. Many of the items that we shipped should not be stored in ambient temperature. Before we chose UHaul / U-Boxes we specifically ask if our U-Boxes would be stored in a conditioned facility and were assured they would, specifically since they would set in storage for over six months. Many of our items were frozen upon receipt. We are not happy campers!! The fellow who delivered the U-boxes was very friendly and provided great customer service. The lady who assisted us on the loading side was also very friendly and easy to work with.

Reserved unit over the phone, which went well. Sat at office for 1.5 hours waiting for manager. Turns out manager is on vacation. Employees didn`t know. No one left to cover office. Haven`t moved in.

I called to reserve trailer at A-1 Rental in Rexburg, ID. U Haul In Boise, ID called & said A-1 didn't have size trailer I wanted. Asked if I could pick it up in Victor, ID. I said no, then they said Alpine Rental In Rexburg, ID had one. When went to pay in advance for trailer, no one at location. Had to call # on door & wait 4 someone to show up. When trailer picked up, checked all trailer lights & worked, Soon as drove off, lights stopped working-stopped by police twice. WORST experience I've ever had renting a trailer.

Had to exchange 5 x 8 in Idaho Falls. Idaho falls discovered that UHAUL Agoura Hills did a horrible - backwards (left blinker was right blinker, etc) install on my electronics, shoddy install on wiring harness I had to travel to Murrieta CA (160 miles away) to pickup as Agoura Hills Uhaul ordered part on backorder 1 week prior and didn't advise me of that until morning of install a week later. I lost a full days work ($200+ in wages) plus $$ gas both ways. Problem would have been solved easily with communication to me. Now, towing from Idaho falls to Camarillo was excellent in a 4 x 8. zero problems. Idaho Falls Uhaul resolved the electronics in 102• weather and made me a priority. I cannot say enough good things about the pride they took in their work, and the embarrassment they felt over the electronics incident. i would give them 15 stars if I could.
