Both of the employees I worked with were efficient, helpful, and ready to hook my trailer up. A free cup of coffee and a little lunch would be nice.

kenneth wWe went to drop off the truck at 3:30pm on a Friday. The office door was locked. No one was in inside. It listed the hours of operation on the door and it said M-F 8-5. They should have been open but no one was there to help us. So, we called the phone number on the door. No answer and no option to leave a voicemail message either. We then called customer service. We waited on hold for a very long time with no help. So we downloaded the app. It did not work. It kept giving us errors. NOT user friendly at all. Not helpful. Did not work! We then called customer service again and after waiting forever (again) we had to go. So, we left. Then we came back later that night and tried to use the app again... still no luck. Kept getting an error. So we left the moving truck with a note and our keys in the drop box. Horrible app. Horrible (lack of) customer service help over the phone and in the shop. I called the customer service # the next day and waited 30 mins to get someone on the phone. She told me that someone would call me back in 72 hours to discuss the issues we had and still no phone call. I thought we liked UHAUL but not sure after this horrible experience. Cannot recommend this location. I hate that an app is expected to be used. (Even when it's crap and doesn't work!) I shouldn't have to download an app to check in a moving truck.

allan e | Overall ExperienceThere were several mice. I called the office and they told me it was my responsibility to put out mouse poison. I would take pictures every few days of mice dead on a sticky trap. We had to move all of our boxes out after one month and keep somewhere else because mouse droppings were in every box. There also must have been a leak in the roof because there was about a 4 x 4 foot area of ice in the unit in the middle of the floorThe owner was very standoffish and rude to me. I would not recommend this storage facility.

phil rIt was clean and over all we had a good experience. However we did end up with rats or mice in our storage unit and they were nesting in some of our boxes. It maybe helpful to try to get rid of them OR at least let you customers know it would be in their best interest to get mice traps or something.

It looks as though the container sustained a sudden jolt (dropped?) and prolonged fibration during transport. There was wood dust and chips all over everything, boxes and bins were collapsed and otherwise damaged. This despite careful packing prior to shipping.

KYLA GOnce I lost the door code and it was late and it took a LONG time to get the code because of office hours. I've loved this facility and recommend it to most of my friends. I do think within the locker units a light would be nice.

ZACHARY WWhen I went to drop my truck and tow dolly no knew as at the location eve though they were supposed to close at five PM. On the website it tried to make me take the truck back to a different location from the one I choose. I was on hold fir over an hour trying to return my rental. I was very frustrated.
JONNI MThe manager at this location waited for me to get there even tho I was late because of traffic. He had everything to ready to get me on the road as fast as possible!
RANDALL REverything was just as it needed to be. I will use the U-Haul pods again if I ever need to.
Brian SIt was very simple to return the U-Haul through our phone. Alpine Rentals was very clean and relatively easy to find with Google maps. We did pull in front of the wrong suite (Alpine moved over), but it was easy to move the truck in front of their suite seeing as no one else was there.

cricket wThe safety chains were rapped around themselves so much we couldn't undo them. Also the driver's side taillight wasn't in proper working condition. The passenger side strap had a hole in it. We ended up returning it early, because of all these safety issues.

dean dThe recommended gas fill quantities are decieful on the contract...I was 30 miles from being empty and per contact needed to put 20 gals in to put at half full (what it was when I picked-up). After putting 20 gals in, the needle was nearly on 3/4 of tank...total rip-off and royally pissed me off!
David CWe were not please to find that our U-Boxes where not storaged in a condition facility. Many of the items that we shipped should not be stored in ambient temperature. Before we chose UHaul / U-Boxes we specifically ask if our U-Boxes would be stored in a conditioned facility and were assured they would, specifically since they would set in storage for over six months. Many of our items were frozen upon receipt. We are not happy campers!! The fellow who delivered the U-boxes was very friendly and provided great customer service. The lady who assisted us on the loading side was also very friendly and easy to work with.
