We been overcharged and treated with disrespect and need refund for cost that location has given our finances and mental anguish with no management or supervisor has contacted us after multiple attempts. Call Jon Miller at 727-410-6106 before legal action will have to be next option

The user interface and workflow design of your application for incorporating truck share is awful. I went all the way down your normal registration and booking process and it wasn't until I called in to a human for support that I found out I was using the wrong web application.

TELEISHA WIMBLEYI reserved a van for 8am. When I got there, at 8 am I was told, after waiting in line for 20 minutes my reservation had been moved to a location 5 miles away. The original location was 2 blocks from my house. As I walked out of the office I got a phone call from uhaul telling me they changed the location. I said I was just told that, and she said she was sorry they got the message to me "a little late". While reading the message, at 8:30, I get a call from the other location wanting to know why I wasn't there yet. I told him uhaul just added 10 miles to my trip and he said I'd have to take that up with uhaul. I hate this company as EVERY TIME I reserve equipment I get thus kind of run around

frank murphyCheck the equipment out in advance. Tire pressure was 10 pounds low. The furniture pads weren't clean and the truck was not swept out. The dolly was rusty.
VICTOR POTEATI was in Largo FL and asked for a Largo pickup at 2 PM. I was schedulled for a 4PM pick up in St Petersburg. You cost me the milage from St Pete to Largo. You should have to move the truck to the area requested or not charge the customer. The customer should not be penalized if you do not have a truck in their location. You should not charge more for one way customers.

PETER GRYMKOSKIMy reservation was canceled twice without me knowing. I spoke with regional Manager Mike who was not help at all. I call the 800 number to complain about him. I don't understand why he is a Manager and he does not know anything about customer service. I would like to talk to someone higher in your company about him and also he was the one he cancelled my reservation twice that is not acceptable. I when to a lot stress because of him and that the delayed my trip to get to my destination on time. I would like to get a discount or my money back some how. I will not recommend this company at all to my friends and also i will never use your service again. I used U-Haul before for many year and I never encounter to many problems like i did with my last rental. Please feel free to call at 415 867 2059 because i would like to talk to somebody about this matter. One more thing in the location they install my hitch they also put the pin to attached the trailer that pin was missing when arrived to my destination. I asked the guy if that will hold the trailer and he said yes but apparently was not. I could kill myself or cause and accident in the road. I need a response for this matter as soonest possible. Thank you so much. Hope to hear from someone soon.

NICHOLAS FEAGANSWent to this business twice. The first time I was told the only employee that did you Uhaul was out to lunch so I would have to come back. The second time I arrive at 11:45 so I could be there by noon which was the time Uhaul promised I could pick up my trailer. The business was closed so I had to call U-Haul to find out where the owner was and he did not show up till five minutes after 12 which was pass the guaranteed pick up time. Then since no one else was there to help him I had to help pick up the trailer tongue to put it on my truck. And last but not least when I got home he had forgotten about the 12 moving pads I had previously ordered forcing my wife to drive all the way back there to get them once again against their promise of having things ready. When I called customer service to get the $50 reduction because my trailer was not ready on time,nor were the moving pads, they said that this did not apply which is ridiculous. This was the absolute worst U-Haul experience I've ever had.
Robert K RocheRude, Yelling at us to shut up and take the conversation outside he was working on a computer issue.. Told me that if I wasnt there by 10:30 I wasnt getting a truck... Truck on paperwork was different then truck they gave us.. we paid for a 17 foot truck, got a dirty 15 foot truck with something dead in the engine.. Uhaul made me drive in the pouring down rain 30 minutes away from the orginal location i chose to use this nasty place, while the orginal location had plenty of trucks as did 3 other locations we passed along the way... took over an hour of standing in the rain to get a truck, putting us way behind on loading.. It was the worst experience I have ever had with a truck rental company!
GENEVA PATTERSONThe reason I rate this store poorly is they tacked on more charges without my knowledge mainly insurance which I had no intentions of purchasing I was livid your trucks are already high enough with mileage don't need extra cost!!!!
