My experience was great. The front desk attendant took her time and thoroughly went over important items with me. She was friendly and polite which made my rental experience pleasant and easy. She should get a raise for good customer service.
GIOVANNI WThis place is has a hill and a very small parking lot. Was unable to load up the car onto the auto transport trailer. Had to go to a different U-Haul location to upload the vehicle.

James HThe U-Haul "Rent A Van for $19.95" ad campaign is extremely misleading and is a detriment to your company. This being said for someone who rented a van for one day, for local use and was charged $113.00.
John CThe dolly I got was busted up in May different places and held together with zip ties! I was desperate so I too it anyway! The dolly was very old and ramps were stiff.

Willie MSince we had to wait over an hour to get the code to get the key to the truck, it would be helpful Uhual had warned me ahead of time of my driver's delinquent bill. Having booked 2-3 weeks in advance, Uhual had plenty of time to notify me to resolve this. We had a 7 hour drive ahead of us in addition to loading. Not happy about it. Also, not happy Uhual changed my pick-up location 10 more miles out of the way 2 days before we got the truck stating my preferred location didn't have the correct size. Well, it just so happens that day I had driven by my preferred location that had multiple trucks in my requested size sitting in their lot. Not an overall good expereice with Uhual and I'm not a happy customer. Oh, and there was no dolly and it only had 1/4 tank of gas for a long drive ahead. Uhual should do better.

TRENTON BTerrible experience. The app for checkin wouldn't allow me to take pictures of the truck. The hand truck I ordered was not in the truck. When I dropped the truck off the app again would not let me take pictures and kicked me out. The truck was terrible and did not run well. I spent over an hour on the phone with customer support just to check the truck out for use
Jared SFirst van I tried to rent had a wet urine spot in the driver seat and smelled disgusting. Was switched to a truck but that was disgusting smelling as well but at least the seats weren't fabric. The trucks need to be wiped down inside between rentals for basic sanitation. I used disinfectant wipes to clean basic surfaces and it was filthy! Now I feel like I have some type of cold virus. Yuck!
TRINA RAt the drop-off location the U-Haul attendant had a horrible attitude. Due to the attendant cleaning vehicles, I had to wait over 30 minutes to check in the vehicle. This was a horrible experience. I will never rent from U-haul again.
Jerry LThe first truck I was issued had a tire that the tread was worn down to the wear bars indicating it needed replacement and also had two large and deep maybe ten to fifteen inch gashes in the tread the larger one close to the inner edge of the tread. Then the second truck was dirty. The windshield was very hazy on the inside and there was trash including a medical needle under the driver seat from the previous renter. The employees were understanding about having the first truck switched out but it never should have had to happen if it had been inspected and the second truck should have been cleaned properly.
Steven cThis is my favorite location to rent a truck, though twice I had to go to other locations because they did not have the cargo van available once, and another time I needed a ten ft. truck. Ms. Molly is my favorite Rep.

Rachida KMy original res. was for return to same location but for unseen reason I had to drop in FTL. I was advised it would be more expensive which I understand- but they could no my find reservation( trailer I drooped) etc . I had to have my sister go to the drop off location because the uhal in GA stated the location I dropped to could not find the trailer and that I needed to call and handle it. They found it when she went there but they never checked it back in( so it showed i was late returning it) so i got billed $800 for a one way car hauler...( i except some responsibility for not following the guy in and getting my final bill...lesson learned) I get it cost more because they have to get it back to the original location but the guy who checked me in never advised me what the cost was going to be and in fact never came back after taking the info and was suppose to enter it in the system..

Johnny HThe lady at the front desk is not a pleasant person. Her customer service is not the greatest very nonchalant attitude came off as being unpleasant towards people who don't look like her. I have rented from many locations; this was the worst customer service I received. I will not rent from this location again. Overall the truck was good.

Pamela BThe front desk lady insisted she did not see a reservation for me and I got there at 12:50 and she refused to service me. I was there with a uhaul full of furniture with no where to put it. I had to find somewhere to go and ended up 40 minutes out the way. What would've been a 4 minute commute and 1 mile drive turned into a 40 minute commute extra mileage and more time . I needed up laying or to extend my day and I still have to rent another truck because it put us behind schedule. Uhaul still has not resolved this

Roderick BTrailor leaked water onto our belongings. It was obvious after we looked on the top that some type of tar had been put around the edge prior to our rental. This trailer should have never been allowed to rent. Many of our belongings was ruined from water damage!

Jackson HThis location required so many pictures and asked so many questions for the mobile drop-off. When you've made a big move, you're exhausted and ready to go home. Instead I spent 15-20 extra minutes taking pictures and answering questions before I was able to leave. This is my only complaint - otherwise it was a good experience with this location.

Since I have already paid some movers so I couldn't afford to get the truck replaced for a new one as we were on a time frame. Which delayed my moved very frustrating
