Not very helpful with anything that wasn’t specifically pickup related. Had to call Main U-Haul number for questions and visit another location for inspection. Actual pickup was good though

The only thing that could improve that I noticed was the attitude of the employees. They were not welcoming or friendly at all. I will be renting from another location from this point forward.
Jackson HThis location required so many pictures and asked so many questions for the mobile drop-off. When you've made a big move, you're exhausted and ready to go home. Instead I spent 15-20 extra minutes taking pictures and answering questions before I was able to leave. This is my only complaint - otherwise it was a good experience with this location.

Since I have already paid some movers so I couldn’t afford to get the truck replaced for a new one as we were on a time frame. Which delayed my moved very frustrating

LESTER MIt would be great if the equipment “reserved” was actually available at the location. When I arrived at Alpha Omega Stor All Iv LLC-Dallas, GA, the utility dolly “reserved” was not available, nor was any moving blankets. If I had known this to be an issue, I could have chosen a different location.

DENNIS GThe U-Haul broke down in the middle of moving. It took 2 hours for the Roadside-Assistance to show up, which also took another hour to fix the U-Haul. Was charged extra for keeping the U-Haul longer than needed, although we returned it same day. Never received any reimbursement for the trouble or for being overcharged. Won't rent from U-Haul again.

Clarence MThe Cargo Van was wonderful except that it was low on washer fluid and it took me forever to figure how to get it off the screen. When you are packing and driving you don't have anytime to figure it out. I also could not get the cruise control to work, by the time I got the manual out to read if I was doing it correctly, I just did not bother with it. I really like Molly at this location. I have dealt with her in the past, and she is very very good at her job. She is through, and took the time to answer ALL my questions when I would call and leave her a message. She is definitely a KEEPER. I will be back again in a few months if not sooner. I appreciate the fact that this location is so close to my home. My Brother has been trying to get a storage unit at this location for a couple of years. Can you help us with that, or at least give me info? Does Molly handle this as well? Please Advise. The time the give u to get ur projects handled is very convenient. Your able to drop off even after store hours. Thanks to the lady’s that assisted me today my experience was very smooth and satisfying.

Well the truck had mud on the floors, someone left a pair of glasses on the dash, tweezers on the side door and on both sides of the visors receipts that have been there for months.
