My stepdaughter's Card was charged 232 I was told by the guy on the phone he would credit back the 170 and haven't seen it credited back to her account as was told. I will NOT ever use Uhaul again this was the worst place to do business with. POOR Customer SERVICE !

Sonya S.When I dropped off the trailer I specifically asked if she needed anything from me and I was told no. Several days later I received several emails indicating that I never returned the trailer, the agent promised to follow up with me and never did, weeks later a received ANOTHER email stating that I didn't return the trailer. I have a feeling this will come back and bite me in my ass in the form of a letter requesting payment for a trailer.

Debra E.Difficult trying to find the rental desk bc the signs pointed to a non existent doorway. Owner of the business moved the truck out and pointed to the auto transport. He did not show me how to hitch it to the truck which for me was ok bc I have hitched them to the trucks before many times. I pointed out possible damage areas that were not marked and he just said it's ok bc I have the insurance and no need to write it down. After.loading truck and driving less than a tenth of a mile one of the tires blew. Roadside assistance came out to repair it causing a 3 hour delay in my trip. The outer tire had little tread and the inner tire was very low on air. After replacing the tire and adding air to the inner tire the other side appeared low. I did not have any additional tire issues with driver side but they still seemed low on air when I dropped it off. Also someone unlatched the interior engine hood.. the panel inside the truck that covers the engine.. I noticed the truck seemed really loud inside when driving. Halfway thru the trip I noticed that 2 of the latches were undone and the cover was partially off. I fixed that myself and it finally was quiet. I have rented many trucks from uhaul in the past and this is by far the worst experience I have had with these trucks.

Eric S.I made a reservation for a trailer in Sebring Fl in January 2019 to pick up a 4x8 trailer to head north in May 2019. The day that I was supposed to pick it up I called the u-haul location to pick the trailer up. They did not have one available. They recommended that I call u-haul , which I did! They wanted me to travel to Fort Myers to pick a trailer up. I was getting a little agitated about this time. I told the lady that it was to far to travel (approx 1 1/2 hrs) . She continued to search and found one in Lake Wales for me which was on a 1/2 hr drive. The question that I have is what's the advantage of reserving a vehicle? The only advantage that I see it locks in the price. Another issue that I see with u-haul is the wait time on the phone to speak with an associate, a 1/2 hr to 3/4 hr wait on the phone is way to long!

Franklin H.This is the second time I try to get a trailer and it takes such a long time because of your system being down. 2 weeks ago I ended up leaving without a trailer. Saturday I was there almost 3hours! Ridiculous!! Uhaul needs to step up the game and fix your system issues.

BARB P.This is just my opinion, but the gentleman that represent u-haul at this location if very slow with computer technology. He had my reservation mixed up with another lady. The pick up time for the U-Haul was 9:00 and I didn't leave until after 11:30 closer to noon. He was also late opening up the day I pick up the U-Haul, which was Sept. 30,2017. I was waiting at the gate at 8:50 and he never showed up until after 9:30 closer to 9:45. When he first printed the contract it was the other lady's contract that I caught after I signed it and started to leave and then had to go back in and have him correct it. I know the system went down, but still that is know excuse. What do companies do before computers, we did everything by paper. There should always be a backup plan when the systems go down.

Osubi C.The business location was wonderful it is the truck I had a major problem with. There are mechanical issues that need to be addressed I do not feel as though my family was completely safe I am just glad it was for in town use I know that it would not have survived a long trip and I am really disappointed that uhaul is not keeping up with the truck services on these trucks as they should. I am not positive that on my next move I will choose Uhaul again.
patricia L.trailer lights inoperative on first trailer that was hooked up...thankfully had a second and was ok...wrong address in confirmation email took me 10 miles out of the way..when I questioned owner he said he knew about it....why no phone call or email to inform me!!!!!!! that really pissed me off!!! again uhual failed to meet my expectations...if it wasn't for the convenience I would cease to do business with your company.
