It got the job done. Would I come to this location again? I’m not sure. Right now I would say no, but checkout was smooth. I had to switch to mobile pickup at legit an hour before my reservation started because caused me a delay having to verify my identity, having to call a friend or family member to verify who I was. I did not enjoy that process . However, I was able to move everything and thankful for U-Haul, and I got a discount to use this location which helped me immensely. If I wasn’t switched to mobile dispatch I would have rated 5 stars, but because of that beginning hiccup I rated a little lower and not sure if I would come back because of that.

This experience has confirmed I will not use uhal again. Allways cooking is not a good vendor for uhaul, as the vehicle was subpar, had no gas, and in an unsafe location.
