Steven WMy experience In getting my truck was not good at all. Did not get the truck nor the date to pickup the truck that I had reserved weeks before I was going to need it. I couldn’t get all my stuff in the truck I was given and now will have to pay for another truck and am now paying for storage unit to hold the remainder of my things. I’m a single retired 71 year old on a fixed income and now I have to pay for another damn truck and days of going 12 hours away to get my things and another 12-14 hour trip back to Tennessee. I’m not happy with this situation at all. You owe me compensation for this mess.my experience with both locations was great the personal was awesome.

RICHARD PFirst I went to Oak Ridge location where I initially made a reservation for 10' truck. When I arrived at the store at 9am, they told me they don't have that truck there, that they should have it around 2.30pm. They asked me if I want a bigger truck, I asked if I would get it for the price of the 10-footer, they told me no. Then I asked them to find me another location that has 10-footer, They told me the location in clinton has it. I went there, the location is closed. I call oak ridge location again and they are looking to find me another location. At this point I ask for the manager - they tell me "he is off today". At that point a man arrives at the closed location and tells me "I saw you on the camera" (????) he gives me a 10-footer, tells me it has 1/4 of gas and to return as much. Gives me the keys, tells me to drop off the key in the mailbox. Today I receive a receipt with $40 extra charge for the gas (even though I filled it up). Luckily I had a picture of the van and the gas arrow. But I don't get it how does this company operate like this!!!!

Roy MGreat people to work with. They were so helpful about the return of rented trucks. Will be back if we need Uhaul services. I would definitely send folks to see these guys.

ANDREA BThe sign said open but it was locked . It was 11 a.m. on a weekday. They did not answer the phone. Another couple was there trying to return a rental also. The Uhaul website was not working. I left the key in the drop. Very unhappy with this drop off site

anthony kOnly place to drop off the truck is in front and have to block all cars in. No way to move it when you pull in. Very bad set up for large trucks to drop off especially with a trailer like I had.

Jason KWe dropped off on last day and they tried to charge us for extra day. U-Haul reimbursed my account. The lot was full and only one spot to park. Other vehicles parked there that was not U-Haul.

James BAsking the person who didn't speak English while spray painting a food truck was not helpful. I followed the app drop off instructions then called the number on the door and the shop owner answered as he was pulling in but he didn't stay.

Robert KThe sign said open, but there was a thick gate pulled over the door. Parking for returns was not easily accessible resulting in me having to park in a No parking zone. The location is on an extremely busy road making it hard to adjust parking
Holly HNo one at location, gentleman I called said just park it where you can, tiny place I had a 20’ truck and an auto transporter hooked up and there was little room to put it in their location. Not safe Not good Not Helpful
