The pictures for the check-in weren't current. I had to take the time to dispute and photograph the entire truck. The vehicle had less than 34 miles worth of gasoline in it. Not knowing its gas mileage, I had to fill it up to cover my drive. Even though there was a credit for low fuel of $28, it doesn't make up for the $100 of gas I had to put into the truck. You easily took an extra $50 worth of gas from me, since I returned the truck with 3/4 of a tank. That is an unethical way to do business.Shawn P.

The location was closed and there were no clear instructions on where to leave the vehicle. I had to wait outside the location for an hour and call every number i could until i reached someone with clear instructions.Krystle A.

The cab was decent but prices were too high. I nearly spent $300 in a single days use. Too expensive, would not recommend. Far cheaper, to rent a trailer.Erick S.
It is a charge of $25 if the unit need to be clean after each use, enforce that policy and keep clean the units. I rent multiple trucks and vans in different places but never I get one clean. How the next customer will returned clean if was not clean when he pick up? Clean well all units, then inspect the unit once is returned, if is not clean, charge the $25 fee for cleaning.Jose A.

We were scheduled to drop off at a location near our destination but we're told we had to drop off at a location far away. I was told we would get 11 free miles but on our rental we had miles included, So it wasn't much of a compensation for our extra trouble.Judy S.

Your app doesn't work, nor could I access my reservation on the web. We spent 45minutest just trying to get a code to the lockbox to get the van. The owner of the location ended up having to drive out and create a new order for me to even get the truck. Then unlock the locks manually to find the right keys. The truck was dirty when picking it up so we cleaned it when dropping it off per the instructions. Then I see a charge for $25 for cleaning. I'm extremely dissapointed with this user experience and feel like I would have been better off just using my truck and doing a few trips vs renting from uhaul.Austin D.
The rental location was very helpful. Unfortunately, it took 3 hours to receive the truck we reserved. This was due to the U-Haul online system. It did not have the correct truck reserved for us at this location and they had to spend hours on the phone to find a truck for us to use.Richard C.

A few days before I needed the truck, I visited the Canyon Country location. The lady at the desk said no 20' or 15' trucks available for 1-way. She was rude and didn't bother to give me further assistance. I then called the location in Valencia (26575 McBean Pkwy) and spoke to Jay Dillera. Jay went above and beyond, took the time and searched for the truck size I needed for 1-way. He found one at the above location and arranged "EVERYTHING" for me! He followed-up and gave me the contact number incase I needed to reach someone. I can't express how Jay turned a stressful day into a day of no worries... Jay is a pleasant young man and has remarkable customer service! Thank you Jay!Terry C.
Terrible experience. Location tried to give away my truck to someone else claiming that I missed my reservation time even though it wasn't it for another several hours. Norma, the one trying to give my truck to another client was horrible. Terrible attitude. Horrible customer service. Kept insisting that I read my reservation time wrong. When I went to pick up the truck, followed the instructions in the app and retrieved the keys. Found that the keys in the lock box were incorrect and was for a completely different truck. Had to wait on hold for 20 minutes with the U-Haul call center before I got someone to help me resolve this issue. Had to open each lock box to figure out where the keys were. What a waste of time. Something that should have taken less than 10 minutes took 45 minutes. I hope U-Haul gets rid of this location. Definitely won't be coming back even though it's close to my house.Paul B.

Prior instructions should be given for how to use the 24/7 truck share. It took more than 25 to get approval to get the keys for the truck on the uhaul website.Anusha S.
