The owner was a pleasure to speak with and he was very helpful regarding the techniques of pulling a 6x12 cargo trailer. The trip went very smooth. The tires/lights were in great condition. The only comment I'd like to make is that the trailer on the outside was not washed but it was not bad either. The interior was clean.

Reversed into the lot, stopped and Mr. Steve unhooked the trailer and done. No more than 5 minutes and I was in and out.

We originally reserved our 15' moving truck from Tiger Mart in Sealy, TX. I arrived at Tiger Mart to receive the truck and ended up spending 1 full hour (perhaps even more) waiting on getting the keys for the truck. I didn't see, nor speak, with the manager/operator/franchisee of this particular location. I DO know that he is one of the most difficult people to work with - bar none! Even after I had been vetted and approved by U-Haul, he STILL refused to get me the keys to the truck. The corporate office, that was tremendously helpful, even said they had NEVER experienced such difficulty in attempting to provide customer service. The ONLY saving grace of this establishment/location was Missy who worked the gas station counter. I pity her for having to work with/for someone of such pitiful character and lack of honor. Missy was very helpful and apologized for how long it was taking. She attempted to talk with the manager/operator/franchisee to obtain the key to the truck, but he still refused to relinquish it. My advice? DON'T EVER ATTEMPT TO RENT/RETURN A U-HAUL VEHICLE FROM THIS LOCATION!!!!! Especially if it is on the weekend. Arielle, at the Houston U-haul Corporate office, was able to reroute us to the Allens Creek Self Storage location, and apologized profusely for the way we were treated. If it weren't for her, I would have cancelled our reservation and walked. Thank you so much, Arielle, for all that you did! You are the epitome of what I expect to come from U-Haul. You are OUTSTANDING!! Stephen, at Allens Creek Self Storage, was incredible! Supporter of veterans and active duty service members, and all around great guy. I would definitely rent/return U-Haul equipment from his location/establishment. Thank you, sir, for being so accommodating. Another outstanding example of how I expect U-Haul to operate!! Consumers be warned - Tiger Mart is an issue.

Y'all took too much money from me. It was a flat rate. I need my money back. I signed a contract. I returned the truck yesterday. I need my $100 back asap!! I'm overdraft now at my bank. That is not right.
