Tim WDon't mislead customers on price and return time frames. I was told that as long it was returned before opening the next morning, it would just be 1 days rental, but was actually charged for 2 days when I only had the vehicle for 13 hours

Vanessa SI reserved a box truck for 19.95. When I got there they gave me keys and told me it was outside. I walked up to the truck that said 19.95 on the side. Some guy yelled out to me it was the one next to it. So I took that truck. Now that I’m looking at my receipt, I see that I was charged for a bigger truck. I didn’t need a bigger one and didn’t want a bigger one. Why am I being upcharged?

Colleen SUhaul being arguably the most notorious moving trucks in America, have developed a reputation of reliability. Unfortunately, certain locations ruin that reputation. Specifically the location I picked up and dropped off from. The 2 women were incredibly rude, cut me off every time I had a question and were very dismissive. I will absolutely tell anyone who will listen NOT to use this location.

deon gLoad share information needs to be clarified. I thought we were hauling a 13 ft metal enclosed type trailer and when we got to the pick up it turns out to be two of the u-boxes. If I would have known directly, I wouldn’t have done it.
