Have truck at least 1/4 tank, not stated 1/8, but find out less than 1/16. No car hauler available, then can't find one, then across town, 45 min away, had to drive big truck to get trailer, spent over 5 hours, and no compensation, you owe me $100 min off next rental on maybe Jan 21, BUT... you can't guarantee I will get truck!!John B.

When I checked the truck out befor taking off I checked the mileage that was written down on my paper work with the actual mileage. It was off by 1 mile ($.79 per mile) I returned to the office and stated it was off and was told they rounded it up. To me that's unfair. It was only $.79 to there advantage but if they do that alot it's a shame.EDWIN L.

The Truck I ordered which was a 26 footer, but when I arrived at the location I was told that the Truck was not operation. They never notified me and if I wanted a 26 footer I had to go to another location to get a 26 footer. It was cross town and it would take me about an hour to get there. They said I could have a 20 footer. By the time if I went to pick up the other truck and came back to the storage area I would have uses two hours of moving time. I took the 20 footer which was not clean ran like shit. I had to make three trips to complete my move. It cost me $300.00 extra, $100.00 an hour. By the time we finished the move and cleaned up the truck and filled up the gas it was already 7:30. This was not a good day and I feel that I should get the extra $300.00 back which I had to pay because this was your fault. At lease I should have been notified that the truck was down and I could have made other plans. This was no fault of mind, You just did not do your job. I want you to know I will tell other people NEVER USE YOUR COMPANY AT ANY TIME.JIM H.

The place we rented the truck acted very rude with no business manners did not do anything when we told them that the truck did not start and we are on the phone with customer service for 3 hours and no respond... refuse to give us extensions to finish what we need to do and actually kicked me out of their Office... we are moving after the new year to our house we would need a truck and we are going to rent there ever... mean people!DALIA P.

My only problem with this rental was that both locations were changed, while I was in the middle of the rental. It was very inconvenient and maddening. I had to catch a Lyft ride to a different city upon picking up, and instead of driving a few miles down the street to drop off, was made to drive an hour and a half out of my way. Not happy.George C.

Facility really does not provide a secure 24 hr turn-in for trailers. This is a storage facility that is open 9 am - 4 pm and you should plan on returning a trailer during those business hours. Turn-in was quick and efficient.Neil F.

The online check in wasn't working for us . It took an hour to get it to work, which really put us behind schedule. There were several other customers having the same problem.Kathleen F.
The check in procedure was very frustrating. I was particularly agitated with constantly having to take pictures of everything. Snap pictures of the exterior interior gas gauge mileage etc. why is that necessary? Aren't there photographs from when the truck was returned? and then upon return, much more of the sameâ€¦ Take a picture of the parking place take a picture of the gas gauge and so on and so on. It does seem to me as though the company is just trying to put the customer on the hook for something by requiring them to entirely chronicle can you pick up and drop off the truck. As if to suggest they have no responsibility, only the customer has the responsibility! Using electronics is supposed to make things easier not more difficult, frustrating and exacerbating.Bradley S.
