Always great renting a box van from this location. Friendly and fast everything goes smoothly each time I’ve rented a vehicle. Highly recommend and try to make an appointment beforehand, today I went spur of the moment and luckily got a van!

My card was not reading with the card reader and the sales persons comments were less than flattering to say the least. It would be nice next time to try all options including typing in the card number especially if I tell you repeatedly that it’s not a pre paid debit card, before insulting or accusing or making assumptions. Very poor customer service. I will not be using this location again which I have done multiple times before.

The lady running this location cannot mind her own business. She asks a lot of personal questions and can’t seem to understand why she does not need to know what is going on in our personal lives. I had a very poor experience dealing with this woman constantly calling and harassing myself and my husband when we would call to extend the UHaul rental. She asks personal questions unrelated to the matter of the UHaul rental and repeats the same questions everytime we spoke to her even after we addressed her. She also would repeatedly ask us if we could afford to pay for the UHaul, and made us feel like we were too poor to be able to afford the rental. Twice this location has lied to me to be able to keep track of their UHaul and even went so far as to state that corporate UHaul had called their location to check on the status of our rental! The second lie the location told us was that we needed to check-in w the vehicle to see the mileage and gas level. Ridiculous and unprofessional are the only words to describe this franchise location. I have never been so harassed and humiliated by a business before in my life! If I would have known this was a franchise location I would have gone to a literal UHaul rental location instead. Also, we could not utilize the convenience of the Uhaul app, which would have saved us so much stress and depression due to the constant harassment from the staff at this location. I dont know if she was high strung or nervous nelly but it has definitely ensured that i would NEVER rent from a franchise UHaul location ever again.

It was fast and easy service. The drop off procedure was very quick too. The only thing I would change is keeping people well informed about your policy for out of state licenses. That part took a while and the calls that went out had to be answered immediately by the people who would vouch for you, otherwise they would not count, so it took 8 tries for me to get two people to attest to my identity.

I have been extremely pleased with the level of customer service at this location (All Storage Anthem/Leona, Neil & Gerilynn). So much so that I rented a UhAul from Anthem & had my things moved from a LV storage to this location. I now have two storage units (across from one another) @ Anthem that provides me peace of mind. Rates are also reasonable. Yess, I would recommend this location! Julie B.

Include USB sockets for cell phone charging. There was a lock chained to the back of this truck, but the facility did not have a key for it. Other than that these folks exceeded my expectations. Neil & and Michelle in the U-Haul traffic office was awesome!!! 👏 Steve W.

Unfortunately the location in front of office doesn't ample parking for customer vehicles while out in rental unit.

The truck had limited brakes once loaded there was NO STOPPING POWER >>IT WAS UNSFE TO DRIVE<< we immediately unloaded and I returned the truck. You (u-haul) texted me and I twice asked if customer service would call me. NO ONE CALLED. My overall impression is you are running a dangerous operation.

When we arrived at the Horizon Ridge U-Haul facility Leona was very busy dealing with multiple customers in the waiting room, presumably all alone. She remained professional and courteous throughout. We were all attended to in short order and quickly on our way. When we returned she had remembered every detail of our circumstances and asked if we needed to make a reservation for the upcoming job we’d mentioned the morning before at pick up. Very impressive. Next time we need a rental truck in Vegas we are driving the extra distance to come here where the service is friendly and competent. Sadly there are some other locations closer to us that could stand to learn these business essentials. Thanks for the best rental service we’ve come across in the entire Vegas Valley.

The entire contactless process was smooth and easy. The truck that I rented was very clean and ran well. I hesitated to use uhaul due to past experiences, but my experience with the Horizon Ridge location most certainly changed my mind. So much so that I told my sister who happens to live down the street from this location.

30 minutes late on my initial pickup. Was supposed to be a seamless pickup requiring no human interaction and this location was not ready. Truck wasn’t ready. Then I had to wait to speak with their team to figure out what was going on. My movers were waiting wasting a ton of time / money. Then when I get to the house I realize the uhaul location didn’t put any of my rental equipment in the truck . Requiring me to drive back and waste more time. Avoid this place
