During the check-in they gave me a paper showing the alleged "gas" amount in the van. I showed them the tank saying it's inaccurate and the lady said "Oh it's the same. So just fill it back to where it is now upon return." I thought maybe I misread the paper. When I returned I added gas and the line went above the original amount YET they charged me for gas. When I contested a guy on the counter got passive aggressive with me with a smirk talking about the paper I signed. I showed him before and after papers after he threatened me with the paper I signed. I have zero trust to this location now. I think they try to play games with the gas amounts. I would NOT recommend this place to anyone. If I don't get refunded the illegitimate gas charge within 3 business days, I'll contact my visa card to dispute the charges.

Steven WThere is very limited parking and the managers are rude, demanding you park the truck on the premises where there is no space or they won’t check it as returned. Truck was parked parallel to a fire lane, in the lane a little but not impeding. S he went crazy and I wasn’t having it! I’ll never rent from this location and would encourage others to steer clear, you’ll be sorry. Not a user friendly operation.

Wade BWouldn’t give me a receipt for drop off. Eventually put it through that I dropped it off the next day, so it would charge me an extra day. Reached out to customer service and haven’t heard a word back. Very unimpressed and upset.

CARLTON HEquipment was faulty and dirty, had last customers trash inside and vehicle had many issues including a "door ajar" alert that kept beeping at me, extremely low tire pressure, and breaks

Wade BFirst truck engine light was on. Store wasn’t going to switch it out for me. They tried to tell me it was fine those lights don’t mean anything. So I made them switch it for a different one. Also rented a trailer from a different location. The hitch safety broke on the freeway and I had to emergency stop in Everett. I will be very cautious moving forward with U-Haul ever again.
katrina sFix the electrical issues in the van! We had all sorts of lights and sounds going off while driving. It kept insisting that the right rear door was open (it wasn't). It would honk when we turned it on. We want to continue using that location, but not that van.

ERMIAS AThe truck was dirty the steering wheel was so sticky I had to stop and wash it with soap and water. the passenger side seat belt would not work so we had to listen.to the alarm the whole time. I rented a couple dolly's the guy points to a corner where they were buried under handtrucks ant tells me a 76 year old man there they are. scott MMake sure your office equipment works. I was given a note pad piece of paper with them mileage written down on it and it was wrong. Made sure to take a picture when I started it. Luckily the information was updated correctly so I wasn’t overcharged for mileage.

Byron JThe truck was disgusting when we picked it up. Almost seemed like someone was using it for garbage and landscaping, it smelt terrible and was fifty. Even the cab was dirty, there were gloves and personal belongings all over the place. We had to use our own blankets on the ground of the truck sonce we were transporting mattresses, we ended up throwing away the blankets afterwards because they were so filty with white powder and dirt. I have pictures if you need proof. The lady attending to us was not very friendly either and was very short with my questions and made it feel like we were a total inconvenience. We only used the truck to for a total of 11 miles. And as soon as we turned it on there was a warning message for maintenance, also within the first couple of minutes of driving there was another error message saying the gas cap was not on all the way, we checked it and it was on as right as it could go. Terrible experience, I would never recommend.

Timothy CWasn’t given a link to verify mileage , cleanliness, etc. I asked and they said they don’t do that. Hadn’t been cleaned in interior. Had dirt and leaves. I would never go through a convenience store U-Haul because they don’t have the knowledge, the customer service and don’t keep them clean. Only reason I did was because the truck i ordered at U-Haul wasn’t back. These convenience stores should have to abide by same standards as U-Haul stores.

Shivi BWhat is the point of online check in if I have to go through the entire process when I picked up the vehicle? I asked the salesperson this question and they didn't have an answer. I thought that by providing my contact and payment information online I would not be asked to do it when I picked up the vehicle. The paperwork indicated there was more fuel in the vehicle than there was and when I mentioned it and the paperwork was corrected. Other than these issues it was a fine experience.
Gregory LIt's located inside of a gas station convenience store. Makes you feel like the location isn't legit. All of the trucks are packed into a tiny area that make it extremely difficult just to get out of the parking lot. Vehicles were dirty and damaged. The truck that I received had steering, brake and transmission issues. I was waiting for the thing to break down at any moment. When I dropped the vehicle off, the individual working the front came back out and asked me to move the truck a spot over that she was parked in. Nothing major but when you run a uhaul rental service out of the front desk of a gas station convenience store it makes the whole interaction feel off.

Charlotte BI was disappointed with U Haul because I didn't booked my truck from this location. I found out I had to go to this location to pick up the truck AFTER I ARRIVED at the location I booked the truck. If the truck is not available at the location that I asked for, then U Haul should have notify me, but didn't. So, I had to drive back and forth to different locations. That was not very nice!
John YThe truck smelt terrible on the inside. Like cigarettes and carcasses. I booked everything online and even checked in online. Upon arrival, the associate had great difficulty with this. It took nearly 20 minutes to get the keys, despite having already checking in. Was asked for the phone number of my emergency contact 3 times. Despite checking in online, still had to check in with ID, CC, etc. Terrible experience. I felt like I needed a bath before I left the parking lot with the truck. No way it had been cleaned.

Jerald SThe communication was difficult and lacking. When I asked about simple operational questions of the vehicle, the store person did not know or how to help. When I got in the truck, it was displaying a "needs oil changed" light and the truck was dirty. It appeared it was not cleaned or maintained. And when I called to get an extension of the rental, I was asked to call another number and got kind of a run-around. The text and email confirmations took 3 hours to be received, leaving me to question the confirmation. And when I dropped off the truck, the store person was on the phone and told me she would just send me the final receipt over email. I said no, I wanted to confirm and agree with the final amount before leaving. The location is good. But the employees at the store seemed uninformed, unavailable and unappreciative of having rental business. Not a good experience.
CINDY AThe truck I used had dirt and debries in it, obviously had not been swept out by the former renter. It didn't really bother me and did not affect my usage of packing boxes and furniture in it. This location is the best, though! The people are so nice and very efficient!

Nithish VThe agent didn't suggest we go check the condition of the truck before rental. When I alerted them that the check engine light was on, the reply was not to worry about it. The mileage was off as well as the level of gas. This rental location is cramped into a convenience store. Parking lot has NO room to turn around or move a 26' truck.
daniel bThough I filled the gas to the same level as what it was during pick up, I was charged with $23 just for gas. I ran the vehicle in total for 9 miles. How can it be $23 even if he thinks I did not fill gas
VEERA CNothing really stood out about this location being great or anything. Frankly, the lot was tight. I used the 26' truck and maneuvering was a tad challenging, considering the gas stands and smaller lot size. I don't think a smaller truck would've had these issues. And I'm not saying the lot was bad either. If I had to pick up here again I would.
