I think it's total BS that 2 months later I get a speeding ticket for driving one of your U-Haul trucks and $130 taken out of my checking account. Right before Christmas I didn't get a chance to fight the ticket complete bs. I will not be renting a U-Haul in the future and I will make recommend that my company does not either have a good christnas.

My rental was transferred to this location and I was far from happy. There was broken glass all over the truck that I had to clean out. The mirror was DUCTAPED on. There was food in the cab. It was gross. And the lady working the counter was pretty rude. Even telling me to take the appliance dolly out of the truck myself before I leave unless I was going to rent it. Not happy.

People in this office or branch are cheater a bunch lliers. They try whatever they can charge a customer fals. When you bringing the truck back they say go we email you the recipt that way whatever they want charge you. Next time I will go to real U Haul place. They wrong people.

Made our move very easy as they are located next door to the public storage facility where our belongings were stored. Staff is friendly and efficient.

I want asked how many miles I would be using I was just charged. No one walked the truck with me to see if I was clean or damaged. I dont think it is a good idea to have a gas station, restaurant, and convenient store ran by 1 person. The line was long had to wait a while. That didnt bother me as much as being charged over 100$ for a 30$ truck and not having someone do the walk through. I definitely will not being going back

Had no record of my truck share rental. Tried to tell me that the truck sitting outside wasn't there, and the key on the counter next to her didn't exist. Eventually got someone from uHaul on the phone who told her to give me the key (like it said to do in the uhaul app on my phone she wouldn't believe)

Location was convenient, though lot was small and difficult to navigate, with trucks tightly packed. Inside of truck was dusty when I picked it up. No box returns on unused boxes. However, customer service was very good, accommodating 2 changes in truck reservation and lending me a broom to clean up afterwards.

The owner of the store was very polite, made the experience 110% better and smooth. They answered all of the questions. I will go back to this location for sure Everytime I need a U-HUAL.

Owner is not Uhaul friendly or motivated for Uhaul customer service. The truck was not swept out - either in the cab nor in the back. Also, fuel was incorrectly listed. I submitted photos of all, including fuel level. Yesterday, (three weeks after my rental!) I received a receipt stating I had been charged additionally for the fuel that was “missing”. I followed your process, and I also spoke to two different customer service reps regarding this issue. I will NEVER again rent from an alternate location!- and I will be disputing the additional charge assessed to my account. I have been a customer of Uhaul for many years, and have never been treated like a scammer. Your north end customer service “general line” associates could also use a check in their life status, as I experienced arrogance and incompetence from the woman I spoke to. Very poor rental experience to say the least!!!

We went to pick up the uhaul and they had neglected to leave the key for us. We were unable to get the uhaul. It was especially frustrating because my husband is a physician and had to leave the hospital early to get the uhaul. We had a very small window to move this piece of furniture and the location completely dropped the ball. Now we have to reschedule not only our schedule, my husbands patients, our friends who are helping us move the furniture and the family we are picking the furniture up from. It was very unprofessional and frustrating that the location didn’t do their job. We are very disappointed and will think twice about renting with uhaul again,

The owner or employee was running both the Spirit Mini mart gas station as well as attempting to manage to check us out for our truck rental. I had already pre-registered everything online and here we found ourselves doing it all over again, taking an entire 30 minutes as she kept having my husband and I step aside so that she could wait on other customers! A very very poor and unprofessional system as we were constantly being interrupted and asked for the same information that I had already given and spent a half hour registering online a few days before. We will not be using that facility again.

The app needs work. At pickup, I finished the process, got my key and when I hit the final button on the app, it popped up a screen that said my contract didn't qualify for 24/7 something or other, and talk to the representative. This was confusing and irrelevant since I didn't know what that feature even was, and I had expressed no interest in it. At drop-off, the app would take me through a few steps and then start over at the beginning again. I did that a few times and went inside and checked in manually. The truck was great, the site was great, the app was frustrating (and I'm a techie). I wonder how non-techies deal with it.

Due to availability this location was automatically chosen for me after my original location did not receive a truck. However, being further away there was nothing done to take into account the additional miles it added to my use of the truck.

The rental deal was $19.99 for a day. I was given a half day (4 hours, not even 12, so half a work day!). False advertising!

Book appointments in the early morning (check store hours). This area is busy so if you rent early and return either mid-afternoon or later in the evening you will get in and out very quickly. The trucks are what you would expect. You get what you pay for. I recommend the basic insurance at a minimum. It speeds up the rental process. Also, you can simply refuel here as it is also a fueling station. Very good supply of moving materials and hardware. If it's raining, I recommend getting moving blankets for furniture or for more expensive items that you don't want to scratch in your move. For context overall, we picked up and dropped off including all check-in/out time in about 12-15 minutes total. Start to finish. Again, if you opt into the insurance, they can speed you right through. That has less to do with this location than it does U-Haul, but save yourself the time and headache unless you are on a super tight budget..

No complaints staff was very helpful, however the market and parking lot was so busy it definitely made things more difficult and it seemed as the manager could’ve used a hand. Still she was friendly and helpful, unfortunately I was unable to actually park the truck properly because the lot was so full. Otherwise everything was great, manager was very friendly and helpful.

Rental was set for one day use at shoreline location was told day local rate . 30 miles included than 1.00 mile over that plus refill tank. Ended up that was not the deal wen we had to go to Lynwood to pick up the truck. Shoreline moved our reveresation and not our deal! Should have offered us the same option!

The inside of the truck where you put all your belonging smelled really bad. Like urine and poop. I told the U haul rep when I dropped it off. He just said what do you expect with it being rented so often. He didn't care, he was making money. My items were sealed up so nothing could get on them. Yet still, Gross!

I did not like this location being a Gas Station, Uhaul and Fast food. The cashier pushed me aside to wait on other customers because her words "mine will take a few minutes" after several customers I finally said I was not going to be skipped again in line. I picked up the truck at 9:45 AM and she used 9 AM making us have to return it early. The gal was very rude...I did express check out already which seemed to have disappeared - I have rented MANY uhauls and I will NEVER pick one up at this location again. The truck only had a 1/2 tank of gas so we had to fill up taking away valuable time since we were traveling across state and needed a FULL tank. OH and NO I did not get gas at that station which is what I feel was what they had wanted someone to do.

service was sooooo slow. i had prepaid and checkin and was done, yet i had to wait on couple that couldn't decide on what they wanted from truck size to amount of blankets. Give preference to those who are organized. thats the whole point!!

Should be upfront with the fees and should not have any surprises on time. I thought it would only cost me 19.95 + taxes, however, the total came out to be 50+, which is totally shocking for me.

Truck was dirty with plant material in the back and half filled with gas. The wait was long and the attendant didn't know how to rent out trucks properly.

I clearly stated that I did NOT need insurance when I rented the truck. When I realized I was being charged for the first day I reiterated that I did not need it for the second day. When I was told what my total was I asked for a list of charges before completing payment but the cashier was unable to provide that and referred me to customer service. Clearly I was still charged for insurance for both days. The truck was fine but I was overcharged by almost $30 for unneeded insurance and I would appreciate a refund of that money. If that happens I will be satisfied with my experience. Thank you.

Woman had to call Husband at home to get the contract number so she could tell what truck to give us because her Internet was down she could not print a contract so all she gave me was a sticky note with the gas mileage on it and had no idea what was going on very poor service Would never go back to this location

Even though I reserved online, the location said they had no record of it (I even showed them my reservation). We had to go through the whole process again and she said “luckily” they had one of the trucks at their location. We got the truck and about 40 minutes later we got a call asking is we were going to pick up the truck we had reserved! Really???
