The only thing I didn't like was the hitch to the ball. There was no locking mechanism. That new design is not a good one in my opinion.Deborah H.

Location seemed Dodgy, many broken down cars, office was cluttered. I felt like I was in a heist movie which was neat. Then told gas was incorrect because some had been siphoned off was a little nerve wracking. Truck worked well though, and the people were nice.Stephanie B.
I turned in my truck after hours. I called the location and they told me where to put the truck (near the orange shipping container in the parking lot next door). If I hadn't been able to reach anyone I wouldn't have known where to put it. A sign at the dropbox would be helpful. Also, not this location's issue, but intermittent cell service made the online portal hard to use especially when uploading pictures and a confirmation that I had finished the upload would be helpful.Kyle D.

My experience from beginning to end was horrible. I have used U Haul for decades. I will never use UHaul again. The website kept changing the address for pick up. I would choose and it would change to various locations. I was unable to place my reservation online. I called and waited 25 minutes to place my order. The agent got it wrong. So, another agent called me and fixed the pick-up location. None of my emails or texts or online account mentioned this new updated location which made me very nervous. I called the physical location. Her phone kept cutting out. We got disconnected. She did not call me back. I called again, poor connection it was not my phone. I asked what time she opened in the morning and told her I might return it when she opens. The phone cut out again. I double checked my online rez the night before. It now said I was renting it for two days instead of one. I called uhaul and waited 40 minutes to speak with an agent. she said I needed a different department. she put me on hold and came back to say she had a person on the other line to help me in that department, but no one was on the line. She put me on hold again. This time the reservation person she connected me to had no idea what was going on and I didn't know why I had to speak with him either. FORTUNEATELY, the original agent was still on the line and explained to me and him what needed to happen. During this reservation process he told me I had to tell him the exact time I was returning the truck. I didn't have to do that before. It was a 24 hour rental. But by now U haul had me so freaked out, I decided to rent for a few hours and return truck same day to be done with your company. When I returned it was to be done via Truck share. I began doing the return on my phone and every time I clicked the check box for having taken a good photo of the speedometer nothing would happen. I tried 8 times. I called Uhaul. I was on hold for 25 minutes. The agent told me sometimes the app messes up that he would notate the issue and counselled me to drop the keys in the box and go home, All total, it took over one hour to return the truck on my own. It was late in the day and cooling. I thought it would take a few minutes and had gotten to the drop off location while the sun was warm and still up! I was thirsty, very chilled and mad as hell that UHaul put me thru ALL this, I will NEVER use UHaul nor will I EVER recommend UHAUL.Bridge M.

All Star Towing was great. The UHaul site booked a different time and location than I had selected. Due to that issue, I wasn't able to pick up during All Star Towings normal hours. But, they went above and beyond to work with me and make sure I got my trailer at a convenient time so that I could still make it work.Jonathan C.
There were mystery stains in the back that looked like poop, blood, or hopefully just some weird dirtâ€¦ I was not warned there would be a self checkout of the vehicle till after I deposited the keys(i.e. too late).The cost for a four hour rental was well over $100 for a small truck. The owners of the business were not wearing masks inside which makes me doubt that any COVID-19 protocol was actually followed. I will be avoiding this location like the plague.Heather H.

Worst Customer Service ever! Watch out for these people! Especially the WIFE! She likes to scam people out of more money. Plus where you have to go to pay and fill out paperwork is DISGUSTING! AND THEY WEREN'T WEARING ANY MASK! THEIR DIRTY CAT KEPT TRYING TO JUMP ON ME AND NO ONE VERIFIED ANYTHING WITH ME. SO I GET TO TRUCK AND THE GAS GAUGE ON THE CONTRACT IS NOT WHAT THE TRUCK READS SO I POLITELY CALLED HER BACK AND ASKES WHAT I SHOULD DO. BECAUSE FROM WHAT THE PAPER READ THERE WERE ALREADY 4 GALLONS OF GAS MISSING. AND IM SORRY BUT I SHOULDNT HAVE TO PAY FOR GAS SOMEONE ELSE USED UP. MY MOTHER HAD AN ISSUE WITH THIS SAME LADY A FEW YEARS AGO SO I SHOULD HAVE KNOWN BETTER BUT SHE TRIED RIPPING MY MOM OFF BY ADDING MORE MILEAGE AT CHECK OUT THAN SHE REALLY USED. I EVEN TOOK PICTURES AND SHE STILL REFUSED TO GIVE MY MOM HER MONEY BACK. AS SOON AS I MENTIONED THAT THERE HAVE BEEN ISSUES BEFORE. SHE LITERALLY WENT PSYCHO ON ME YELKING AT NE TELLINH ME HOW IM THE WORST CUSTOMER EVER AND I GET 0 FOR CUSTOMER. I WOULDNT RECCOMEND THIS PLACE EVEN TO MY WORST ENEMY AND UHAUL SHOULD BE ASHAMED TO EVEN BE AFFILIATED WITH THIS COMPANY! I SHOULD GET A FULL REFUND AS FAR AS I AM CONCERNED! ALSO...AS I AM CHECKIN THE TRUCK OUT WITH HER HUSBAND SHE HAS TO RUSH HOME TO HARASS ME. The drop off spot on my reservation rejected the drop off, and I had an awful time finding the next closest location. Upon drop off, I saw nobody, and received no confirmation. I then spent over half hour on hold to make sure I wouldn't be charged a fee for dropping off at a different location, where the first Customer service rep (Ben?) was quite rude, and just shoved me off for more holding. The lady at scheduling was actually friendly and helpful. Overall a terrible experience.JEFFREY F.
Make return and pickup easier, I paid for extra time when it was an issue of getting the truck during very limited business hours. I needed it earlier than 0930 and returned later than 1530. So I was charged for 2 24 hour periods. Plus I had to go way out of my way on a work day to return the keys because there was no key drop box. Very annoying.Sarah W.
The woman at the drop off location was rude to my husband. We dropped off early as we completed our move a day early. When we got there the gates were locked even though they were open. The woman accused my husband of moving marijuana, we did not! We moved our storage unit. She based this on his looks. It was the exact opposite experience of picking up. My complaint is not with this particular location but with the one we were set up with originally. We reserved a 17 ft. truck. We were called later to say we couldn't get a 17 ft. We could only get a 15ft. at a different location. Because of the smaller truck we had to make 2 round trips. Very inconvenient!BRIAN G.

The company charged me for not filling the truck's gas tank up with gas when returned. Wouldn't recommend U-Haul for anyone, because the pickup location was changed and caused us stress in the beginning, then they didn't know the truck was returned the day before.Katalin B.

The pick up location was in a tow yard and was what I would expect from a tow yard. The woman who worked there was very professional and contacted me the day before my rental to make sure every thing was in order. The truck was exactly as I had ordered and was clean on the inside and well maintained. The pick up of the vehicle went without any problems.Robert H.

The place I rented from was great. On our trip we had a tire on our auto transport blow out. It was a nightmare. There should be a spare tire on there. I kept getting the run around. Hugely inconvenient. When I called the number to get a drop off location the lady couldn't help me. I called back and was finally able to get help. We are going to need another uhaul next year but I will not be going with uhaul, I will be going with a different company. Dropping the uhaul off was the best part of the whole experience.Daniel T.

There was one issue with the tow dolly. The ratchet on the driver's side was rusty and very difficult to operate. The truck was great and the tow dolly operated perfectly except for the one issue. The operators of the location were wonderful even when the computer link for signing in and out was not operating properly. They got on the phone and took great care of me.Joseph B.

This was the worst -Haul experience I have ever had. I would never use All Star again, and I will tell everyone I know not to use them either. The trailer worked just fine, but nothing else was what I would ever consider acceptable. I think they are a poor representation of U-Haul.JUDY B.
