Everything was great until check out and the U-Haul system REQUIRED three (3) different contact names and numbers. Had their been a 4th needed (possibilty), I would have walked away. This requirement is absurd in this day and age of privacy. I rent from Uhaul frequently for my business and from the corporate owned locations I only need my one contact number along with WDL and credit card. I recommend you improve your system requirements at your non-corporate locations.SCOTT S.

They are very helpful and informative there. Answered all my questions about renting a trailer. It was easy to do. Just had to wait a bit while they input my info. I guess I could have done that on the website for them but it was a last minute idea to rent a trailer. When I called to ask to rent it another day there was No Problem. I didn't even have to go back in with my card. Very convenient! I will and have recommended this place to my friends and family.LISA D.

I had reserved a uhaul at this location and even called to verify my reservation. When we got there, we were informed our pickup was now at a different location. The pleasant young woman went out of her way to clean a truck that was just returned so we didn't have to drive to the other location. She even called them to let them know she took care of our reservation. She was wonderful.SANDRA S.

The only thing that bites me is that you put 19.95 a day on the side but there is no indication of the cost per mile. Until you come in and rent/reserve. I appreciate the service but maybe a little more transparent in the actual cost. JohnJOHN NICOLAS D.

In the truck I reserved, the AC was not working and it was an older truck. Luckily someone had dropped off a newer version of the same truck so I was able to switch to it. The location required a ferry ride, but it was a nice side trip. Customer service was great at the location.Eric A.

No issue withe the Pickup Location! Very nice and lovely people! Issue with how the reservation was executed. I was disappointed that the location of my reservation was changed the day before. It went from being walking distance to pick up, to a 1.5 hour drive with a ferry crossing. It added significant time and cost to my move.David G.

Need better training for employees on how to handle returns or rentals when the system is down. The staff really didn't seem to understand the paper form process; they couldn't even provide a receipt or copy of the form I had just signed. I was told I would receive an email return receipt as soon as the system came back up, but didn't get one until I called them 24 hours later to inquire again..JOHN M.

I made plans to pick up in lynnwood WA but a rep called me to say it's wasn't coming to that location it's going to Clinton bc they didn't want to cross the ferry. If I knew about the rates to go over it twice then I probably would had made other plans.anthony M.

ABSOLUTELY THE WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD IN MOVING. I personally moved 17 times in 24 years with the military both on my own and with the government and U-Haul did nothing but steer me wrong. From the reservation a month out to being over charged in the end. In an attempt to rectify the problem to another run around saga. Oh wait we will open up a 72 hour investigation although it took you 10 seconds to over charge me...how convenient. Sent to a 5 hour pick up to finding out availability was 10 miles down the road and no one seemed to care. U-HAUL SUCKS to put it polity. NEVER AGAIN!!!KELLY S.
