The manager at this site was very rude to me, misinformed me, and lied to me. I returned the truck at 7:30am on the day it was due back. It was clean and full of gas.i put the key in the drop box. The manager at no time told me where to park it, only that if I returned it early, to call her and she would give the code to the gate. I called the office the night before, left a message saying I needed the code. I did not receive a call back. When I spoke to the manager later in the day to make sure all was ok, she was very rude, and not very professional. She yelled at me for leaving it in front of the gate, tried to tell me I left the key in it and told me she would have to charge me an after hours return fee of $20.00. Which I was ok with. She said the truck was not checked in until after the time it was due back. She told me she knew exactly the time I dropped it off and when I was picked up by my ride. I later called the office and spoke with Jessica who much more pleasant and very professional, she said she would address the issue of me being over charged, going so far as giving me a call back to let me know the status of the situation. I was charged twice for the use if the moving blankets. The manager told me my total charge for the rental would be $128.00. Instead I was charged $239.40 with additional charges pending totaling $113.02. My receipt shows I was giving a credit of $83.08 which I have yet to get. So, no, I am not happy with the service or all the extra charges I wasnt aware of and I will not be using uhaul again. Regards, Judith HavardJUDITH H.

Online check-in process was easy and made the in-person check-in much faster. Loved the online check-out procedure where I was asked to take pictures to verify the mileage, fuel, how clean, and the location. Made the whole transaction feel quick and easyAlan R.

I had 1/4 tank of gas and stopped specifically to get gas. It was supposed to be 3/8?! So I guess it wasn't quite 3/8 and they charged me $. I had a ride so I dropped it off early and they charged me for that too. Terrible. Would not use again.Cheryl N.

The lady behind the counter was very nice and friendly. I do think uhaul has made the process more complicated for checking in and out. That is no reflection on the staff at this location, but it is directed to uhaul processes. It shouldn't be that complicated. Customer service was excellent. Process, not so much.Darrin T.

Take out the broke off screws sticking out the side rails and fix the leak in the roof. My cabinets got rained on in the truck by the leak and scratched and gouged by screws. Was not worth getting the truck from them. They have three trucks the size I rented two new ones and one that is messed up. So they give me the messed up one. That was nice ! Picking up the truck before they open is a pain. They do not give you the gate code to get in. You have to call the 1-800 number and stay on the phone for 15 minutes to talk to someone that can call someone and get you a code. Then you have to get another code to get your padlock off. Which none of that is in your contract information. So if you plan on picking up at 7 AM you need to be there at least by 6 AM. And returning it was a pain. They could not get my location on my phone. So I had to leave the truck there locked and take the keys with me and come back after 9 AM when they were open and I hope they didn't charge me which they didn't. The whole experience was awful.Jeremy B.
I have no problems with this location. I have used before, and will again. U-haul has changed a few things, where you are to do something where you scan your Drivers licence, I never did get that link. Love the people at this location.LAURIE S.

Keep your trucks clean. Dont worry about a measly. 80 for 2 extra miles that it took to return the truck when I spent an extra 30 on gas and dropped it off with the fuel at 3/4 of a tank when I picked it up at 1/4.Kristie S.

One thing that I did not like was that the clamp holding the $7 dolly in place inside the truck was already loose. We were loading items and something hit it, causing the dolly to slide out and break the tie causing us to be charged an extra $7. Other than needing to make sure the items are secure or to just not have them inside the trucks unless requested the service was great!Brooke R.

I was over charged for an extra day. Now I have 3 debits on my account $62,$64,and $75. I should have only been charged for the $75. This mistake on your behalf caused my account to be overdrawn by $5.90, which will probably charge me an $35 over draft fee. If that ends up being the case I would expect you to take care of this as well.Shaun H.

I hated my experience with this company...1st she said it would only be $55.19 then she said she charged me for an extra day because I brought the truck back da next day..but da company told me there were no addtnl charges..then I put da gas past where it was upon arrival .. almost on full..and now no will answer the phone to tell me how much I actually paid for the truck...I hope ur company doesn't treat all there customers this way...then she said after I called her da truck had to be back at nine..but while in office she never gave me a time and I didn't even have da truck a full 24hrs. This is not fair and I want to be compensated for da extra day I was charged...I will not be referring anyone to this particular location...This was da worst experience that I've had with U-haul.monica W.
RUDE! Someone called my husband to travel 32 miles to sweep out the truck and fold the blankets! As if $200 for the truck rental was not enough. When he traveled to the location, they said they could not wait for him and charged $25.00!!! Rip Off!Victor R.
