No issues with the location, but it was WAY further than the original location I selected near my home. So convenience was hampered but this had nothing to do with All Around Tree Care

No one came out of the building for 5 minutes. The new girl was polite. The lady that owned and ran the place was rude and did not explain the return process thoroughly. She was having major computer issues and had a difficult loading in the return information. She said we were over our mileage but that we were given a good rate by the Harlingen location. We did not understand why we were over and she did not explain. When we got home and went through our paperwork, we found that we had over 463 miles on our contract. When we calculated the trip, we only used 415 miles. When called to tell them this the return store did nothing, the area manager Michael Graham said there was nothing that could be done the miles were what they were. Michelle (cannot remember her last name, I do know is spanish) but me on hold and came back and said there was nothing showing up incorrect. I exlplained to each of them that there was no way we put an additional 400 miles on the truck. Our starting point was 1 mile from the Harlingen location, the return store was 2 miles from our current location. I told them why would we want to drive an extra 400 miles in a fully loaded 26' truck. We are over 55 years old and just wanted to get to our new home safely. No one wanted to help us with this situation. To this day, we never heard back from Michael Graham as Ms. Michelle said she would have him contact me. We still have no resolve, but we are out an additional $150 dollars. No way will we or our grown children (who will be moving) will use U-Haul again. We will make sure we tell everyone we come in contact with in person, twitter, facebook and any other sources that come along. Mr. and Mrs. Reed
