The employee, or owner, was very nice on the phone but because being a small Municipality I was told to leave the trailer in their yard without anyone confirming my equipment return. He told me he could be there in a few minutes if I needed him. I am very happy to have a return place that is close to my home even though I am from the Canadian side. I wish I knew before.

Clean up the place, make it suitable with an office space. 12 is to improve customer service 3 is 2. Have the rates flat and understood? Where what you are getting charged is the appropriate amount? Have the appropriate level of gas in the truck. That is ax for you to return it at and and receipts. And/or invoice given at the beginning of the job so you have a clear-cut contract of what is expected.

App didn't work at all when I tried to use this, had to talk to the owner of the place, who was very friendly and resolved our issue quickly. Horrible connection with the app is the reasoning for the low rating.

This location was excellent, convenient, and easily accessible. Your online booking system however, requires some serious upgrades. If it was not for Scott the manager, I would have walked away and went to Lowes! It took up to an hour for Scott to finally get your web system to accept the rental. While we were there, another couple got frustrated and left. This is not the first time I have had trouble booking equipment online. A terrible system!

Was just a run down parking lot with uhaul vehicles scattered around. Never saw anyone there and the building that looks like the office looked like it hasn’t been used in years.

The sit looked abandoned. Lester helped me from the other uhaul place down the road and and really saved me. Said no one is taking trailers in the area. UHaul corporates i think needs to address this issue. I will be renting another trailer from NC and bringing it north and hope that i have a place to drop off within an hour of where I am.

The only issue we had is truck was at 1/4 tank of gas. . We filled it to 3/4 and returned it with a half tank. This is wrong. It should be full and then you return it filled. Uhaul got a quarter tank of free gas from us! This is wrong!

The return was made too complicated because: - no staff present, all doors locked - no key drop off box. There was no designated place to drop the keys. I left the keys under the driver seat and locked the door. This made the recovery of the vehicle more difficult for the drop off staff and lengthen the return process.

Wasn’t open when we got there (even though it was 1pm on a Saturday. No signage, large pieces of junk in the area.. very sketchy looking.

Should be check more careful as the backup camera wasn't working "broken" and damage to the top of the tail light lens was broken from the person before us. Other than that, Scott owner of the rental's was a outstanding guy and very helpful with everything. Made our U-Haul rental experience really simple. Yes I will rent another U-Haul from this location. He went above and beyond to help us. Awesome Customer Service you have at that location.

Very helpful staff - but it is hard to judge the cleanliness of the location and whether it is inviting, given that the handover of the truck was an outdoor event.
