The 5 star rating is because of Mr. Jarrar Hussein who was very helpful and pleasant to work with. He made the process much easier. To improve service for the next customer, please remove the terrible 24/7 mobile service. The 24/7 guy was so slow to respond (this was at 11am) and we were running late. The truck needs new steering and wheel bearings, it was unsafe. The person in charge did tell me that they won't charge me for the dolly I paid for and the moving blankets because they weren't included.Katrina V.

My experience was absolutely terrible here. I got to the location and my uhaul was not there. He gave me a smaller truck which was great I got a truck but the point of the truck I got originally was so that we could utilize the ramp. The operator just gave us the keys and said it's around back. We went to get into the truck and we had to get it out of a bunch of weeds and bushes. From there, getting in the truck was disgusting. Bottles from a previous renter, sticky steering wheel, smashes berries and bird feces all over the window and the windshield fluid barely touched it and the air pressure was low in one of the tires. After we moved some stuff we then realized there was a leak in the truck. It had rained and water got over all of our boxes and our love seat and now we have a stained love seat. Our experience was absolutely terrible. I called uhaul and I got an email saying I'll get a $20 refund. Absolutely ridiculous. What is $20? Our furniture got ruined.courtney F.

Good location for minimal mileage use on truck. But the driveway was hard to get in and out of. It is narrow and off of a main road right near the intersection. The uhaul was dirty when we recieved it. The inside was sticky- which is gross. When I went to return the truck, I marked that it should be cleaned before someone else uses it and I was charged a cleaning fee. The residue was there before I borrowed the truck and should not be my responsibility to clean if I acknowledged it when I picked up the truck. I am waiting to hear back from the company about this issue.Samantha L.

Mr. Hussain was kind , courteous and one of the nicest and most helpful people I have met in a business setting. He put all my fears immediately to rest and had the exact cargo van I reserved ready and in perfect working order on the day of pickup. He explained everything very clearly as well. I would not go to any other Location in the future and will tell all my family and friends what a great experience renting this van was. The price was also very fair.Jacqueline P.
The key box is located at the front, but the app told me to look at the back of the truck. It took me a while to figure out how to get the key. The dolly was locked and I couldn't get access to it. I called the phone number on the door and no one answered. I arrived slightly early, before my rental time slot and it still took me 35 minutes to get the truck.Shahin K.

This location was a bit concerning. It was unclear where to park the van, hard to determine where the key drop-off was. I was worried I was parking the truck in the wrong spot. No one on site to ask questions.Lauren H.

Be readily available during normal business hours - there was no answer to our calls or banging on the door: we had to physically lift & struggle with the equipment to return it to a dismal, tight & uncomfortable yard. Finally your rep answered the door: was he taking a nap? Why was he not available when we were struggling, and falling in his uneven yard? Very upsetting experience.Lisa G.

We were charged and handed keys, There were three trucks in the back (of the store in a very tight makeshift parking lot) parked nearly on top of each other, we found the truck that matched our keys and left. The truck had no running boards on the sides so it was very difficult to get in and out of and sounded as if it were going to explode. There was no windshield wiper fluid and the windows were filthy, we literally had to stop and throw snow at the window to try and wash part of it to make it visible. The rental process was straightforward, however the 15ft truck drove absolutely horrible, to the point of being down right scary on the highway. No instructions or forewarning were given on any of this. The suspension led to severe shaking and involuntary movement of the steering wheel while driving. If the truck has 100K miles and is known to handle poorly, shouldnt Uhaul let the customer know and provide guidance before driving off the lot? With a cost of $140 for 12 hrs, I expected at the very least equipment that felt safe to drive! The trip turned out fine however it was outrageous paying $.99/mile for a truck in that condition. Also, no info was given up until returning the truck and signing online regarding how the truck must be refilled with gas to avoid further charges. Had to then leave the parking lot AGAIN and find a gas station.... Frustrating to say the least.Evan H.

The front of the van had sticky substance on inside of door and cup holder which we had to wipe off. Also had to sweep off rubber mat in the cargo area. Window washer fluid was low when I took the van. Jarrar was very helpful and friendly.Andrew G.
I rented a 10ft truck 9am-3p. I got to the pick up location at 8:55am. As is everyone renting a truck for a move, your running on a tight busy schedule. When walking up to the front door of the building, i noticed it was closed. The hours on the door said they do not open until 11am. Written in very small marker underneath it said, if renting U-Haul call â€˜this number'. I called the number 3 times, and no one answered. It is now 9:10a. Another couple had arrived at this point who was renting a van. They too were confused as to what to do. They also attempted the cell phone number, also with no answer. It was then the man of the other couple that thought maybe if he downloaded the U-Haul app, we could at least ask customer service. Through the app he then discovered we could do everything we needed using our phones. That would've been great to know that it was the ONLY way we would've been able to get our rented vehicles when we booked the reservation!! OR instead of some random cell phone number written in pen below the hours of the store posted on the door, it should say PLEASE DOWNLOAD U-HAUL APP. I downloaded the app, put in all the information, which was NOT a quick process, then to get the message â€˜awaiting approval, please wait. WE WAITED ON THIS SCREEN FOR 35 MINUTES. The screen also offered â€˜live chat assistance'.. i tried the live chat MULTIPLE times, only to get NO RESPONSE. FINALLY â€˜Krista' responded.. and i got the code for the lock box located on the front of the building. I left the parking lot at 10:05am. A HUGE WASTE OF TIME. I was never offered reimbursement for the inconvenience OR an extension of my rental time due to LOSING AN ENTIRE HOUR of moving time. I was so disappointed. No one likes moving, and renting a truck should be the EASY part of your day. In this case, it was the most frustrating part, making the rest of the day stressful and rushed. I wont be using this company anytime in the near future. There are other companies that I've had much better experiences with in the past. For anyone that is renting from this location in the future DOWNLOAD THE APP, and start before arriving. Your welcome and good luck.Jackie B.
