Gas level was not accurate. Starting mileage not accurate and owner over charged me even though he reassured me it’s fine.

LUCKY OFacility was not open while accepting rentals but required an in person pick up. I’d rather go to a real location v this satellite that is someone’s home. .

La NTrailer was in muddy swampy location with poor drainage.
Jeff HActually read the rental agreements and the additional equipment that the customer requests, and then make sure that the equipment being rented is in the truck that we are going to check out, especially if it is being picked up after hours. We paid for items that were supposed to be in the truck upon arrival and they weren't there, and since it was after business hours, there was no way to get it corrected. There was a hole in the front driver side of the truck, anything inside would have gotten wet if it was raining.

Leeartis MThe truck had a terrible bounce on the front end. I do not know if this is by design or an indication of bad shocks. I feel the truck needs an alignment. At highway speeds I had to keep adjusting the direction of the truck. Perhaps it was wind but from my experience it may be an alignment.

Terry SIt's ridiculous that the debit card I used a week before was accepted, but a week later was not. The truck was unsafe. Front end was worn out and WAY out of alinement. Wrong size windshield wipers. Steering was lose and worn out. The truck was a death trap.

Paul MMy main issue is that I scheduled a trailer by my house. On the day of rental I was informed there were no trailers there and they sent me to another location. One hour later they sent me the same thing for the new location. Finally I was sent to the final location where I had to call and make sure there was the type trailer I needed. I needed the rental at different times and the location I was sent to was only open at different times. So, I had to change my plans to get a trailer. This was not the best situation in that I had to leave work early.

Kyana BFairly straightforward rental experience. I made the reservation on line, the truck was available when I arrived. Only hassle was having to take a picture of my drivers license and upload it their online check-in system. The store owner was a man of few words but transacted forthrightly.

Jerome STruck wasn’t clean. Return instructions not quite what the box said and when box instructions followed the online said I did not have a truck. So, I had to call to make certain my return was noted so I would not later have to fight extra charges. I’ve rented from UHaul before so this is a one off.
