This was one of my worst experiences renting anything and I would recommend you remove the U-Haul items from this location. I had an appointment set for 3PM and no one was present. I completed all the paper work, provided my credit card and checked in on line. I call the location to let them know I had the trailer and spoke with a contact. They clearly understood what was going on - I was called the next morning by this location stating they had listed the trailer as stolen and I had no paper work. I explained this isn't correct and I had the paper work and had paid for the trailer. Six calls later I thought I had resolved everything. I dropped the trailer off in the same spot that afternoon. Today I received a email detailing I had delivered back the trailer. I took picture of the trailer verifying it's in the same condition and back. I now think it's resolved. PLEASE pull their U-Haul contract; if you don't your making a vary big mistake!!!!!!!!!!! Kirk Hazlett 952-469-1754

No staff in site. The phone number for the person to tell me the access code for the keys was not obvious. The phone numbers on the door were also for the self storage facility and finally reached someone in the third number listed at 3 pm on a Thursday. Instructions for returning the truck aren't clear until you realize with the signage to go to the uhaul.com/share. Returning the truck requires smart phone and taking multiple pictures and more time than I expected. Signage could be improved, or verbal reminder when getting the access code how to return the truck.

I was not told there was an inspection that would be texted to me after I got the rental, didn't realize till I got home and the link was no longer valid. Let people know that they have to complete the inspection prior to leaving and warn them about returns after hours(do it online or pay a $20 "convenience" fee), I almost paid an extra $20 because of fine print, which I hope is not intended to cheat people out of money.

No one at the location when I arrived. Had to wait twenty minutes for someone to show up to give me the Keys. Returning the vehicle through the website was excruciating. Web pages failing to load another half hour just to get through return process. Lady at the counter rude. Overall terrible experience

I will never do remote check in again. Big pain in the butt. Had no idea they would need more verification by calling people. App would not pick up my location. When I reserved the truck the rep that called me could have clued me in to all the extra verification requirements.

Checking out the truck and returning the truck online were not possible. I rented the truck starting at 9am but needed to wait until they opened at 10 so I could get it. Very unhappy with online aspect. Donna at Airlake storage was very helpful.

it was clean but found out air conditioning didn't work. the gal was nice enough to tell us b/f picking up but we were ok with it as went only a short ways

Nobody there when I arrived at scheduled pick-up time. Had to call number on the door and wait to be contacted. Over 30 minutes to simply pick up the vehicle. Hot day and AC did nit work at all in the truck.

Here is my biggest complaint. We got there at 8:30am and was told we had to do check in online. So we started the process and could not continue. So I called Uhaul and supposedly we were signed up for a reservation time, which was unknown to me. Then once we got that figured out we were told the key would be in the back of the truck. So we continued the process and the key was not there, I guess it was in a secure area that needs passcode to get the key. Which I get, but it took us over an hour to get the key due to all of this, plus getting approved on your website. After all of this, there was no covers that i ordered. This really pushed me away from uhaul for the future. I have always enjoyed using uhaul but this really affected us for what we spent to get a uhaul.

Business was closed signs and key drop were not visible from the road. Drove around for an extra 10 minutes trying to find the place. Luckily I had a smart phone and could do a mobile drop off. Not everyone has a cell phone with data, don't just assume. If you are going to have someone drop a truck off at a closed location it should be CLEARLY explained to them that they will need a smart phone to complete the process. What a pain in the ass.
