Took 45 minutes to complete the virtual pickup because they were having technical difficulties, this ment the movers we hired had to wait. None of the supplies I had reserved were in the truck. So the already stressful job of moving was made even more stressful due to uhauls incompetence.

Alrelis RI rented a 10ft box truck. The front tires were bald and the front passenger corner of the box leaked onto my cargo. In addition, both the engine and trailer towing sensors stayed on during use. I was told just to ignore them. The customer service reps were polite and pleasant, but the maintenance of the vehicle needs improvement.

Angie KI have rented from this Bay Creek location a few times now and each time has been a great experience. I've had the pleasure of interacting with the staff 2 of the 3 times that I have dropped off a truck and in both instances (almost 2 years apart) they were courteous, helpful and pleasant. I know some of those may not hold a lot of weight with some customers but it definitely does with me when it comes to where I choose to do business. I am not sure of the older gentleman's name that helped me back in 2022, but he was just as great as the gentleman that helped me yesterday, I believe that his name was/is Phillip (51343-PHILLIPLOO). Thank you so much for the great service!

Jan VLocation was fantastic. I only used for a short haul, so was good. The unit I was in have wobbly handling once you got over 40 mph. Really bad.
Orric BI was disappointed that they didn't have the items I reserved online when making my reservation. I thought that was the point of reserving it and I really could have used it. I was not charged, of course. However, the people at this location were very nice and apologized for not having the items. As for the equipment being clean, of course it was used a lot, so the logo and paint were cracking and peeling on the outside. There was some damage done to the trailer that was not showing on the photos when I confirmed the trailer. So, I did take photos of each side to show the difference in what they showed the trailer to look like online, and what it actually looked like in person. This trailer stated on the outside that it could hold a queen sized bed inside, but that was only if the mattress and box springs where leaned to one side. Very misleading and I had to wind up using a truck to move my queen sized bed.
