over all good experience just at the end charged me $25 cleaning fees eventhough i ask specifically is there any other charges beside my rental and representive clearly mentioned No other charges unless i go over my estimate mileage or didn't bring fuel as i get it so it's really disappointed..

Wow. the location is one that strongly suggests that the owner down't care. Third time here - first time renting a vehicle though today. In the past we tried to buy moving supplies and though it was listed to be open, the owner had a sign on the door saying he would not be back. My wife called as there were actually three or four customers needing help or wanting items outside - he answered and said that he didn't feel like coming in so the store was closed. I still went to get a U-Haul today for a different project due to proximity and again, what was in the door - a handwritten sign that said closed - others were trying to get help - the keys for my rental were not where they were suppose to be - ground was muddy and vehicles were semi-stuck getting out - just a bad example for U-Haul.

Check in and out was excellent. The lady who helped both times did a great job right side tail light needs some rivets. Pre-existing condition from my rental. Trailer worked great

I have used this location many times and I had no issues. But the last time when I picked my uhaul truck the mileage on the meter was way off by 750 miles. I called the customer support and they helped me and told me not to close the transaction and speak with the manager next day as it was after working hours. The lady at the customer service was awesome and she helped me in all the possible way. She sent an email to the manager of this location and described the issue. But the manager was not very helpful he didnt even read the email nor he allowed me to talk he was just very quick to say that I will charge you only for 30 miles. I had to really push it and tell him that I used the vehicle for 12 miles only. He was just not ready to listen. I had to wait for 20-30 min when I came to pick the truck because of this mess and he didnt said anything about this, he just rushed me and treated me as if he is doing a big favor and he has no time for this. I will never give business to this location.

I instructed to refuel the vehicle to the fuel exact level of initial pickup. I did so and was still charged for additional fuel. I have photographs documenting the initial and final fuel levels as well as my personal refueling receipt just prior to return.

Only reason is because it is convenient to Leesburg. I picked up 2 trucks and one had oil light on and it was 5 quarts low. The other once got it home and started loaded it truck look liked someone rented it and was cutting drywall in the back. So that was a mess and it made it worse when it started raining and all the white drywall mess was in the house. Trucks are in very bad shape. Was called the morning of before I was to pick up just to confirm I was picking up 2 trucks. After we got the keys to the truck I had to scrape the windshield off on both trucks. That should have been done before so It did not cut into the time I rented the truck. On the other truck they had to put 5 quarts of oil in truck after I got the key. Terrible service.

I very pleased with Edward , who was extremely helpful with choosing the right size truck for my move,his extensive knowledge with Space management while loading the truck made the move that much easier, he is a asset to the u haul location I chose. Great experience!!!

I drove the truck 61 miles, put 10 gal of gas at return, was told i need to pay $9.63 for gas there is no way that truck gets 3-4 miles per gal they are flat stealing.

Streamline pick up process, I did preregistration online, no one was in front of me and I still had to wait at the counter 8 minutes before I hooked the trailer up. This process can be sped up.

The latest gets worked for about 8 hours. Stopped in Beckley WV they said fuse was blown. They didn’t have 15 amp fuses. Drove to next auto parts got fuse, back on the road lasted about 1 hour seemed to go out after bumpy road. All I had were stop lights and turn signals no running lights. Day driving only. Arrived Lexington, U Haul thought it was a connector cable. Changed cable lasted about 2 hours. But now I have lost a full day of travel. And can only travel in Daylight. Next day right side brake and turn signals went out. So really nerve racking. Finally able to return it. Not a great experience

Very off the road location .. no one was there at 3 pm on a Monday . Sign in window just said will return by 11. No am or pm no sign saying closed. Would have preferred to check in with a person, but I had to do it by the uhaul app. Which I hope I did right . I guess I am just old fashioned still people over computers . Thanks for the use, it pulled very nice with my Terrian. GMC truck. From Florida to Va . No issues on the road,

When I arrived to pick up our rental, there were two employees sitting at the service desk and two customers ahead of me. One of the employees was helping a customer, and the other employee was just sitting in a chair, doing nothing. He did not greet me, or acknowledge me with a courteous, "we will be with you in a moment" kind of statement. Now, I understand that employees have different roles and responsibilities, and the young man sitting there might not have the ability to get customers checked in, and that is fine. However, he could have represented your company with some level of professionalism by at least greeting customers and letting them know someone will be with them soon. When it was my turn to pick up my rental, the young lady who helped me was efficient but cold. At one point, a call came in, and the young man who was sitting in his chair didn't move a muscle, leaving the responsibility of answering the call to the woman helping me. She expressed obvious consternation over being interrupted by a phone call. She answered the phone and said, "can you please hold" to the caller, who either did not understand what she said, couldn't hear her, or was simply ignoring her request. She interrupted him to again ask him to hold, and again the caller attempted to ask her a question. She asked him a third time to hold, and when he did not show signs of being willing to hold (again, who knows whether this was a miscommunication or just disregard for her request), she hung up on the customer and said, "I'm not dealing with this #%!% today." I cannot emphasize how astonished I was to witness that level of customer service. I am a human being, and I can completely understand being frustrated with the demands of my job, but this kind of behavior is completely unacceptable, especially when you have a customer standing in front of you. The bathroom condition, by the way, was more atrocious than some of the least maintained gas station restrooms I've seen. On the flip side, we did have issues with our harness, and both the male and female employees came out to try to assist us with that. Also, a third employee suddenly manifested to help as well. I do appreciate that. After we got on the road, I realized that the U-Haul is the first name that comes to my mind when I think about self-moving and storage. The brand is so ubiquitous that it never even occured to me to shop for multiple providers' prices and options when we set out to secure a rental. U-Haul was the only company that came to mind. As we made our way home, though, and I reflected on the service provided at this pick-up location, I decided that in the future, I will be looking for other options. I'm not looking to be pampered or swooned over as a customer. I understand that these jobs are likely entry level and stressful and thankless. However, when I am shopping for a product or service, I am spending my time, my hard-earned money, and I am looking to spend

They bailed me out! Thanks. I was literally enroute to a move with an open trailer, the heavens opened. I was in the U-Haul center and on my way in less than 10 minutes with an enclosed truck. Whew. Made it! Grandma stayed dry and got moved. Thanks U-Haul!
