It was not the location that was the issue. I will be recommending against ever using uhual to anyone in the future. This experience has been a nightmare. I was overcharged, sent to the wrong locations, reservation lost, cars switched and lied to multiple times. The level of incompetence and resistance to consistency and customer service was astonishing. I have never had such a terrible experience moving in my life. I would never recommend Uhual to anyone ever again.Jannell A.

They failed to put the ball on the new hitch and sent us to another location so pick up a trailer without it. Then had to go to yet another location that had the ball. Very frustrated. But not nearly as frustrated as having to pay $50 to uhaul for cleaning. The trailer was SPOTLESS!David F.
At the time of reservation i asked the representative regarding time operation hours and she said this location open till 8. I reached at this location at 6:40 pm and this location is closed and the person hendling this place put a piece of paper on the door if you need help call on this number . So i called and explaind him i am here for drop the vehicle and he said the location is closed if you want you can drop the key in drop box and go. I asked him if i drop the key in drop box afterwards the truck is not my responsiblities at that time he said no its all your responsiblities. How come after dropping the key in the drop box the truck is my responsiblities. Afterwards i call Uhaul customer service and the lady on the phone helped me to return the truck online. The facility ran out of blankets. Had to go to the next facility to pick some up, and they made me pay for an additional set. Not sure if the blankets I reserved where credited. Also, The ac did not work in the truck I rented.Maceo J.

Nothing actually. Very professional. Explained everything to me. Walked me to the van and drove it out. Something I have never experienced with other sites. The worst is renting from home depot. This guy has a personal touch. I will always go there. I was extremely impressed. No wonder, the rush to rent from other customers.Mary A.

I was told that there will be $4/gallon charge for gas if I don't refill. I was okay with that. But they did not mention that there will be extra $30 fee. Please read everything before you sign the contract.ASHOK B.

Two absolutely wonderful young men were working the counter but I could easily tell, they were not "best" when it came to customer service. The van was dirty and the explanation of the van was not too clear. Either way, I would rate it average but I would use them again if they can take a criticism such as this to get better. Thanks! When I went to pick up the trailer the uhaul site operator wasn't there, instead he had his kids trying to figure everything out. His son insisted on attaching the trailer which I was not comfortable with. Trailer was great. Upon return, I started putting trailer back where I got it from. The owner came out and wanted the trailer in the back. We drove around back and asked me to place trailer in a location that was not possible for truck and trailer. He insisted so I pulled forward and backed up a few times with no luck. Meanwhile, the owner was standing behind the trailer yelling at his son the entire time. Owner saw I couldn't park it in that spot and told me â€œsince you can't drive your truck, just drop the trailer whereverâ€. So I backed out to side of building. I'm asking the owner is this ok but instead he decided to go back to yelling at his son. I get out of my truck to get his attention and he told me just drop it. I'm unhooking the trailer while yelling is still happening between owner and son. I get to the ball and I ask him to ensure it doesn't hit roll forward when I lift it. I lift and owner went back to his family drama and the trailer rolled into back of my truck causing damage. Now I'm yelling at owner. He is say he is sorry. I asked what are you going to do about this. He didn't respond. I asked if he owned the property and he said he didn't but wouldn't say who owner is. I asked for his insurance info and all he would pass is StateFarm. I asked for his name and policy information. He only told me Freeman. I drove off because he was more concerned about yelling at his kid again. Worst service ever. Professional business location is not the place to handle family issues.Earl T.

I was called 2 days after returning the truck to be told there was â€œdamageâ€ that was missed on the initial look through when I turned the truck in. The man told me everything was good to go when I dropped it off. But now I'm being told there's damage that wasn't there when I dropped it offCourtney T.
I had a reservation for 7am at a different location that was confirmed. That location told me they did not have the equipment. Then I was sent to this location, who was not around at 8am when they were supposed to be open. I ended up not pulling away until after 9am with a 7am reservation. Please honor reservations, and if you do inconvenience someone please don't make it worse by sending them to a location that is not able to handle the needs.Evan B.

I am not sure about the "Safe Move" charge. If this is insurance of some kind I do not every take it. This was a mistake. Make sure this is explained prior to charging it.PAUL W.
