i cant say that this location could have or should do anything differently. Unfortunately, I was a last minute interstate move (Coming from an area of Southern California battling brush fires, so demand was HIGH). My move took several days longer than expected, and this location was on top of everything. My personal Thanks and Highest Recommendation to UHaul and Staff for being a viable part of my latest move. I COULDN'T HAVE DONE IT WITHOUT YOU!!

I will not stop using u-haul for my needs, but this was the worst experience I've had. Not with the staff but the truck was filthy in and out and the truck had the worst wind noise from the door seals... I couldn't hear my wife talking to me from the other seat. Im just glad I only had to go 100 miles around town instead actually using it to move. The reservation was set up before picking it up wich to me, gave time to wash it but it wasn't. The website,upon making the reservation, gave me a lower total than the time of pickup amount... I was annoyed by that but it is what it is. Just keep the trucks clean and in proper working order with out seals leaking wind noise. Thank you for having a truck on short notice though.

-This is a storage unit location & Uhaul is a secondary operation there. -The truck was filthy inside and out - the fuel gage showed 1/2 tank & the paperwork showed 3/4 tank. The staff was wonderful - but it was obvious that Uhaul was not their strong point.

Systems were down to check out but the front lady was very nice and helpful helping me through the mobile app with having spotty internet. The truck however was not good. The alignment is way off, was very hard to control if you push 55. Check engine light came on and has a sticker to makes it hard to notice so unsure if it came on while i had it or from the start.

The counter lady initially told me I did not have reservation at the place and maybe I am in the wrong location. Had to show her reservation info on my phone with confirmation number and location address. She still insisted she could not find my reservation and had to patiently tell her to check again using my name and she finally found my reservation in the system. She could use a little friendly attitude instead of “don't bother me and go away”. To be fair I was not able to show up at the exact pick up time.

I drove 33.9 miles in a 15ft truck and got charged for 5.2 gallons of gas. It was on full when I picked it up and only used less than a 1/4 tank. 33 miles does not equal out to 5.2 gal unless you are getting less than 7 miles per gal. Ridiculous

The 24/7 pick up APP was horrific. Thus, the place to obtain the rental was nice, but U-Haul app for 24/7 pick up and drop off was beyond horrific. I will NEVER EVER use it again. I like U-Haul trucks better than Penske but never ever again will I use the 24/7 APP. If I cannot rent it via in person I will go to Penske or alike. THIS ADVERSE EXPERIENCE WITH THE 24/7 APP BY NO MEANS HAVE ANY POOR IMPLICATIONS TOWARD ADVANTAGE STORAGE. THE PERSONNEL ARE GREAT THERE....just your app. Again awful most convoluted experience I had to endure in decades. No thanks.

2nd or 3rd time I've rented at this location. The people have always been great at this location. Emily and Pauline were very helpful. I was pretty tired after loading the truck and Pauline brought me a broom so I could sweep the unit clean before I left. That was so thoughtful. Sure appreciate your facility and the kindness of your staff there. Thank you for everything - I328 is empty now. It's all yours. THANKS AGAIN! Hope I don't have to move again I'm getting to old for this.

I used the Mobil pick up and it was the worst service ever. It took almost 45 minutes to get approved to use the truck I was renting I was on hold waiting for customer service and no one ever came back to approve my truck rental. I was supposed to have the truck for 4 hours and my time was not extended even though it took almost an hour to get the truck. I asked for a dolly to be on the van and it was not on the van zi called back to customer to make them aware and after another 30 minutes of waiting a representative told me she would make sure it was taken off my bill but when I returned the vehicle it was still on there and the location was closed until 1130am on a Sunday when people actually mov. I disputed the bill and was told that I would be contacted in 48 hours no call or email yet. I will never use mobile service again and I will be sure to tell my friends not to either ??

We had an appointment between 1 and 2 pm. We were on a tight schedule had another appointment. We got there and waited over 45 minutes. She said she drove by and seen us and came back to the office. That was not the case the bank and post office are in a different direction!! I asked if she forgot our appointment. She said she had to go to the post office and the line was long! I feel I deserved a phone call or at least she should have asked if we could have done it at a different time. I also asked for the smaller van at the time of booking. When I asked for it at the office she say it was one way I said that's fine then she said it taken. I dont believe that. She was not seem sorry for being late and that we had the problem for complaining that she was so late just to go to the post office. Thank you

When I walked in I stood about 2 minutes before being asked if I was picking up, I responded no this is a drop off, I was told just give me the key and I will take care of it, I'm by myself and I'm busy, as I passed the key I stated it's being returned a day early the lady looked surprised I ask is that a problem she said no we have your email and phone number you're fine. That took all of 2 minutes. It just felt rushed, abrupt with no options just leave the key and go. WoW

Experience was great, highly recommended. I did everything online so when I arrived to pick up the truck I just had to receive the keys and do the inspection from my phone. Location was clean, friendly and easy to locate.

That when calling for information, make sure you get the person who's calling there information. The person calling is obviously calling cause they don't know the answer to there question. Also when it's time to get the truck and they send the link to your phone to make sure the truck is in the same condition when you return it, they need have the link be more specific. Like instead of then just asking us to look at the font, back and both sides of the truck to see if there's no hole bigger then your fist, they also need to have a check list for the small things as well. Like if the AC don't work correctly, if the sheets that come with it are folded or not folded, if the back is cleaned or not. Those are some of the things that need to be on the papers.

We used the uhaul online to rent a truck because the pick up time was earlier than the shop opened. When we arrived it took over 30 minutes to check in via online process. The website timed out, had to repeat the process twice. That was 30 minutes in Phoenix in the heat. The rest of the experience was great the rental truck was clean when we dropped dropped it off, the store was open and the lady that assisted us was friendly. I think the U-Haul location sits in an area that does not have great cell service which made this process difficult.

Truck needs to be cleaned. Not kept very well. Interior was dirty, windshield was also dirty and the drivers side window was not air tight and it had a loud noise coming from it the whole trip. It was a convenient location close to our house and the employee was very nice. Will use it again and hopefully the truck will be taken care of better.
