Probably better computer software, because it system was down and it took longer than usual to get rental contract. The person there has to use his cell phone to finish contract.

I rented the van recently on 2 separate weekends to help move a family member to a small apartment and it worked well and the van was clean when I picked it up. The U-Haul agent made sure some crusty snow that was on the van roof from a snowstorm the night before was cleaned off before I left, good to see them thinking about the safety of other drivers on the road. If it is your first time using that type of van, familiarize yourself with where lights and wipers are before driving off so you don't have to figure out how to spray and wipe the windshield while driving on the highway at night.

I wasn't totally clear on the timing policy. As in, if I return the truck earlier or later what the ramifications were and how the drop off after hours might work. Otherwise, everything was perfect!

There was no windshield wiper fluid in the van when I got it. Other than that, everything was great!

I have rented from this location 3 or 4 times, and from Uhaul 20 plus times in my life, This Uhaul location is by far the best I have ever used. I have never had a bad experience. Trucks are clean, ready when requested, no waits, never an issue. I will use this location even if it means putting a few extra miles on a truck, they are worth it. Thanks.

Best rental experience I’ve ever had. The location didn’t open until 11 am but when we arrived at 10:30 to do the self check in, we were pleasantly surprised to find someone there to help us. He was also able to update my reservation to an in town move (something the website wouldn’t let me do) and saved me a ton of money. HIGHLY recommend renting through this location.

This is my favorite location to rent from. I don't know why, but when I searched on your website to book from them, it didn't give me the option to use this location, I had to call the store to arrange it that way.

The place we picked up at was great. My issue is with U-Haul itself - pricing is deceiving. You advertise on the sides of the vans to rent for $19.99. I understood completely that I was paying for $1 per mile above that. Found that outrageous. Then you add on an environmental fee, rental tax, state/city surcharge. My $20 rental cost me $105. We are a nonprofit that was using the truck for a fundraising event. Very disappointed in this whole transaction and won't be using Uhaul again.

Why would you sent me an email telling me that I did not return the equipment !!! from your Equipment Recovery Dpt. !! Very offensive and insulting ,claiming you tried to reach me unsuccessfully . I demand an apology and an explanation . The lady in Littleton was the best in customer service , I don't blame the place , it was great , is your system that is not running right.

Office was closed when arrived for pickup. Called UHaul and they worked to get it right. Office manager Rich kept the shop open beyond his closing time until my return ride arrived as it had turned cold out. Turns out we just missed each other earlier. Overall the team pulled this together and made for a great experience. Will rent from them again and highly recommend Rich and the team working behind the scene to make this right.

Truck had check engine light on and a back up light out. We didn’t notice this initially and couldn’t exchange the vehicle as we had a mover appointment imminent twenty miles away. We had picked up the truck near the closing time for the facility and was rushed through the pick up process as there were other customers waiting.

Let customers know store hours. I originally was scheduled to pick up trailer in Billerica Ma.& had to run to this location to get a replacement because my appointment was scheduled for 11:45am & Billerica closed at 12pm. I did arrive later than expected.

This is for the Pepperell MA dealer not Littleton MA dealer. The Littleton deal was great with great customer service. As for the Pepperell dealer. Hole him responsible for lying to your customers. He told me my reservation was given to somebody else because I was listed as an alternate. Mind you I went through all the required on line early check in. That same dealer told the Uhaul rep that they had to send the cat transport for repairs. I believe they lied to both of us. This cost me 2 hours of delays causing me to hit heavy traffic time that I was trying to avoid. That delay cost me 5 hours on a rental of equipment I was using the same day and following day. At a rental of $360 a day I am very upset and will have very little of anything good to say. When you cost people money it doesn’t matter if a problem was solved if it cost you time and money. Time and money are two very valuable things you can never get back.
