The person that was supposed to help us never showed up was very rude and disrespectful to us. We also got the U-Haul stuck in the middle of the road and the guy would not help us. He was disrespectful and rude and told us it would take over 20 minutes for him to get there. We had to go get a toe strap and pull out the U-Haul ourselves. He wouldn't help us and by the way, there was two other people that had already been waiting over 20 minutes for him to arrive so that they also could rent a U-Haul, not happy with the service and will not return to this place again for future U-Haul Services. He really frustrated us was not helpful and it was very upsetting and it was super cold this weekend and he was nowhere around to help us sorry that I can't remember the name of the guy that was there.

David GI was having trouble with the U-Haul mobile app, but the staff at Advanced Storage were able to get us checked in quickly with a couple photos of the delivered trailer at their lot. Excellent customer service!

DENNIS BI won't even buy another box from uhaul ever again. What a joke this small move was. Moving help is a terrible company you partner with. From one driver lying to me saying my box was delivered when it wasn't to get the payment code, to another driver texting my personal phone over and over to get another code. Terrible customer service!!!! Then when my box arises at its destination, it's there a week and I get there to pick it up and it's still not on a trailer. I was supposed to get a call from a uhaul again a few weeks ago to discuss the moving help situation and nobody cared to return a call. Never again uhaul.

Talitha MThe smell of mildew was so strong it hit me when I opened the door. As the day progressed I became nauseous and got a headache from the smell. I said I did not think the 9 ft cargo van should be in service and the customer service person made no comment. I also said the left side mirror was vibrating and made everything appear fuzzy. Marie UWorst uhaul location ever! I opted out of the insurance and they are trying to go after me for damage that was already on the truck. They didn't do a walk around to point out already visible damage. I am filing a lawsuit over this!
Sean SInitially after the reservation the traffic dept makes me to pickup the truck and the automotive transport 70 miles away from my home and then the owner of the lot attached the diffective automotive to the truck means the locking system of the trailer was broke which makes delays of my plans accordingly until I get the replacement of the automotive until next day and got stuck were as I did checked out my rental appointment and ask the agent to provide the accommodations which they said to pay from my pocket and submit the hotel Bill so they can reimburse I hope they pay my hotel expenses,it was bad experience to get the replacement it takes hours to sort it out with the u haul agents
mohammed fHave a actual person there to meet with the customer. Improve your online rental signal strength. I had tried to do the online experience several times only to be kicked out of the site, I called customer service twice and the calls were disconnected They didn't call back to continue help. My rental experience xosted.me 4 hours of my time and the people that were helping me moves time.i finally contacted someone that helped me get the truck but they only reserved it for 2 days when I needed it for 4. Overall, this was a nightmare and I wouldn't wish it on anyone.

Garry HI initially used the uhaul app to make my reservation, this turned out to be a mistake. When I arrived to make my pick up, I found that a shorter box truck was available but not listed on the app. The staff on-site was able to edit my reservation to get me a more appropriate vehicle for my needs. I also tried to use the app for my return as I finished my move early. After multiple attempts over 30 minutes of trying, the app simply would not let me process my return. After contacting the staff on-site by phone they made my return process simple, saving me time and money. All in all, if you need a uhaul rental in this area ignore the app and just go in person.
Kyler RGuy working there didnt want to help me with the self pickup. They didnt have half the equipment I needed and reserved. But at least waived the fees for those. The online app process is a pain in the ass and needs to be more streamlined. Takes 30 minutes too long.
