The U-Haul app does not work well. I couldn't check in using the app and had to go inside. This created problems because the app stated I had already used up my reservation. Thankfully the girl behind the desk was able to call U-Haul and get this issue fixed, but it did take 45 minutes for us to be able to drive away with the truck. Returning the truck was also difficult because the office was closed so we had to use the website, which does not work well at all.KATIE M.

It did not work to rent it by phone at the reserved time and I had to wait until the office opened. The phone rental process needs serious help. Kept saying I wasn't there when I was standing right in front of the office. But the staff at the location made it right by allowing me to keep it longer, though, in the end, I didn't need to.JAMES J.

My experience with the location was excellent, but I will never use the app ever again. It did not work appropriately when I attempted to check the vehicle in. I spend 45 minutes trying to get the odometer photo to upload and then I finally gave up and prayed I wouldn't get slammed for not having it in on time. We returned the truck after hours via mobile return process so just left it in the return location parking lot. Signage was difficult to see after dark but we found it. The downloaded app wouldn't work - it wouldn't upload the required photos so we couldn't complete the return process. We closed the app and tried multiple times. Went back later and tried again using the full website instead of the app, which finally worked. In the meantime I had tried using the chat feature in the app to get help - was told it would be approx. a16 minute wait for a response; 30 minutes later still no response, but by then we'd gotten the return tool to work from the main website and were able to complete the return. Got it done but it was a little frustrating - the app appears to be glitchy.MARK S.

Customer service non existent starting with the owner manager. I think having u haul is too much for them. Overwhelmed. Can't adequately take care of customers. Won't use location again. And will advise all family friends and relatives to avoid using them also. GraciasSHAUN M.

My only issue with this rental experience was that the dolly that I had reserved was not available at pickup time. This left me in a bind as I was fully expecting to have the dolly available for use. I was told that there was not a single dolly in Wichita and that I should go to the hardware store and purchase one for $50. Since my order was supposedly guaranteed available, I did not expect this to happen.Edwin F.

The U-haul dolly we had scheduled to pick up was given to us with balding tires that needed to be changed. Luckily we noticed the tires and got sent to the McAdams location where the experience was much better and very helpful.Katie R.

Had a reservation for equipment, when arrived, said they just rented the last dolly to the customer before me. No apology and were so nonchalant, it seemed rude. Said another store had one to rent. I asked if they were sure and they said yes. Drive all the way there and they didnt have one. Truck was clean and good condition. Location convenient.Hadj Amar K.

There was a small sign in the window to advertise the UHaul site and there was one UHaul truck and a trailer outside in the parking lot so we weren't quite sure where to find the office at first. The personnel were very helpful and pleasant to deal with and the location was much more convenient for us than driving to another site in Wichita.Michael C.
Broken/missing light switch, battery died, told arrival in one hour for assistance was 90 minutes until they showed, loose battery cables, finally new batteryALFRED I.
I was stressed out because I never got a call or email with the code to open the key box, since I picked up the truck before the store opened. Would of been nice if someone would of explained I will get the code when arriving to pick up the truck.Randall S.

Not only was basically everybody rude when I dropped everything off and the back was clean but they still made me sleep out everything again but every time that I tried to send anyting online it didn't go through and I got charged even more honestly if I would think I would get any type of refund I would and I'd never come backAmanda R.
Scheduled pickup was at 8:00 AM but store doesn't open until 9:00. I had an email that said truck was waiting for me but in fact it had not been checked in until after I arrived. I washed truck before returning, best could get bugs away. That was Way it came to me, buggy otherwise clean interior and shell. Judy , PAul ,Anika all were very friendly, helpful .
