The easiest U-Haul pick up and drop off I have ever experienced. Went into Advance Hauling Pack Mail to pick up and sign paperwork. Store was clean and organized, the owner was friendly and the process went quick. I was in the truck and going down the road within 15 mins! From here on out- if I need a uhual- this is my for sure go to local spot!

WENDY SThe mobile process is horrible. Signal is very bad at that location and spent 30 minutes renting it out and another 20 returning. Asking for references and calling shouldn't even be asked. Since call was not answered it was denied and had to give other numbers. Online it said it would be used in case I don't return the van which is a lie. Pictures had to be uploaded several times because it would just go in circles. Had to also resubmit the same information already submitted when renting online. Total waist of time the whole process.

ROLANDO HThe system showed I had already picked up the truck when I didn't. The help line had to cancel and resend my order. It was a huge mess that ended with me canceling my movers for that day and had to pay an extra $200. before the whole ordeal was over with.

Spencer SI rented the truck for 9:15 I couldn't have access till 1hr later because you fail to place the key in the right box causing me to be delayed to the place I needed to be. I would like a partial refund.

Lynne OThe gentleman in the morning was fantastic, but UHaul really dropped the ball here. You force 24/7 service, but the store only opens at 9, so forcing 24/7 on stores when they don't operate on those hours is not professional by UHaul.

Andrew BHad a hard time picking up van on mobile app. When I returned they charged me for 6 gallons of gas to drive 20 miles. Will never use this location again and I use UhAul whenever I need to move things

Scot WThe service at the location was great. The truck was great however I have not been refunded the difference from my deposit to the actual charge and it's been a couple days. My card was hit for $160 and the entire rental was about 85 so I'm owed quite a bit of money and I don't understand why I have not had a credit back to my account.
