Jimmie RThe truck wouldn’t start and had to be jumped before we could go. They were really quick about it but didn’t seem to check the truck when it came in. People were friendly and they did deal with things quickly.
Michael GUhaul wasn't working, dead battery. Took about hr to fix. People were very nice to work with. Didn't have everything I ordered that website said was available. They were going to give me their own stuff to help.me out but wouldn't take it. Convenient location and friendly

Andrew DI was overcharged. Pickup drop-off person did not know what they were doing - wasting my time and money as I had movers waiting for me. Pickup location is a DUMP. Mud EVERYWHERE which carried into my apartment. I will be disputing charges and contacting my attorney Heidi Wegleitner. I have every intention of filing claim against the Pickup location "administrative services business trust" & uhaul. The woman at this location took multiple photos of my drivers license and credit card on her personal phone. She couldn't upload the photos to uhaul. Now I have questionable charges on my card.
