Shelly WTruck did not sound good mechanically. I would not have wanted to set off on a major move with it. For across town it worked fine. The operator of Added Space Self-Storage was very nice to work with. Much better than other locations I've visited around Longview.

Alexandra EEverything was perfect with my truck it was ready to go and everything was clearly explained about how to return it as well as returning it after hours. I was able to finish unloading slightly early and brought it back after hours the evening before it was due- to my surprise the owner appeared out of nowhere well after the business had closed and he helped me close out the rental. This is the location that I will rent from in the future. Super nice guy!

Brandon BI’ve been renting uhaul trucks a d equipment for 30 years never once was I disappointed untill now. Nobody was at the location for me to pick up the truck although they were suppose to be. I had to use my smart phone to rent the truck. Very frustrating. The truck rode like a bucking Bull and extremely loud axhaust issue. Longest 4 hour drive ever. Will be using Penske next time
