although very polite, the staff there was very inexperienced with even trying to complete a rental agreement without regional management assistance. my main complaint is that I was told to pick up from my local uhaul distributor but they didn't have the truck I agreed to, they "couldn't" rent me an alternative vehicle, and sent me to a place 3 towns away...all the while, I had to refill the fuel, costing me much more than expected....very unorganized in my opinion and not very accommodating for basically wrecking half of my day standing there for almost an hour to complete a simple rental agreement.
