bessie connerThe gas tank was full and the truck was in good condition. The steering wheel was sticky and there were no regular dollies available (only an appliance dolly). When i picked up the truck I needed help with checkin and the customer service was not very friendly. Nonetheless I would still use them again.

Arriea Simmonsthis is the second time i've rented a truck from this business. the owner seems to be a great guy. i have recommended him to others. the u-haul website however needs a massive overhaul. it is cumbersome and extremely slow!

JOYCE HOPKINSThe online pickup and drop-off was very tedious. To pick up i needed 2 references or a passport or an employer reference. Its a lot to prove that I'm paying for a service. Perhaps noting that pickup and dropoff could take upwards of 15-20 minutes would be valuable. Customers dont get that time at yhe rnd of the rental.

JONATHAN BELLI had a reservation for 11:30, presumably the owner, didn’t show up until close to 12. Thus delaying my day.
THOMAS KUHENexplain how long the mobile process takes to use, it took us over half an hour to get our rental with the mobile app.

Robert TrohaHave the reservation available when requested 1st wasent available at time I set it up. Second location I was referred to charged me yet there was no attendant so I couldnt get my rental then third location when returning my rental told me they would call me to discuss issues no call no final bill overdraw my account so I called customer service and was told management when call me regarding charges it's now been 3 days no call and my bank account is overdrawn due to uhaul company error this has literally been the worst experience I have had with a company
Sarah VitelloI have a couple comments. First, I rented a 20 ft truck with a tow dolly. The sales rep asked if I was familiar with the dolly I and I replied yes but I would like a refresher. He walked away and I had to fend for myself. Second the wheels on the tow dolly were rusted. There were no alternatives to choose. The final comment was the gentlemen never told me what octane of gas to put in the truck. I tried calling customer service a few times during the trip but there was a wait. I never wanted to use Uhaul but a friend said her experience was pleasurable and I decided to take a chance. From a positive standpoint the truck operated very well and I didn't have any issues there. The customer service needs to improve drastically.

CHRISTOPHER HARMONEverything at the facility was excellent including the convenient location at outstanding customer service. Manager/Owner was incredibly helpful too after the unmitigated piece of garbage mobile check-in failed spectacularly. Fortunately the owner/manager did a fantastic job helping me personally.
